Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a gem! So close to everything, yet a world away from the madness of the busy Sunshine Coast.

Big sites, excellent hosts, good walks, flushing toilets, hot showers, drinking water, phone reception, power, fire pits outside your caravan, local wildlife including a very friendly emu called Norbert. IGA nearby and Saturday market at Yandina is stocked full of local fresh produce.

Yes, there are only two showers. They are rustic and maybe you will have to wait, but that’s the charm. Stop, take a breath, enjoy the surrounds. This is a place to unwind. Remember, this is a farm and we’re grateful they’ve opened up to allow some campers to enjoy…

This farm stay is an absolute hidden treasure. The hosts are welcoming and warm, the camp sites are enormous and the place is sparsely populated. Each site contains a fire pit and wood is available for purchase at only $20 a crate. Native animals roam freely and happily graze beside your campsite. As a reluctant camper I would willingly return.

Initially only booked one night but when I saw how beautiful the camping spot was I immediately booked another night. So peaceful and quiet and really loved the eco bathroom and fire pit. Had a lovely warm greeting from Sharon when I arrived. She was so kind checking to see how I was getting on and also gave me some aloe vera and fresh tomatoes from her garden. The local town is just down the road with a really great coffee shop which is quirky and artistic and amazing for breakfast. Really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

On arrival we were greeted by a most friendly emu who regularly frequents the valley. Our hosts were also extremely warm and friendly, they are indeed establishing a great facility to augment their macadamia plantation. My wife and I stayed one week in our caravan on a perfectly level powered site. We had a very relaxed stay, a most peaceful place, literally a hidden gem! However, there were three downsides for us. The campsite only has two toilets which include the only two showers within them, so if someone is showering the toilet is also engaged. At times there were may be eight sites occupied and some of them included children. This meant there were times when there were insufficient 'facilities' for the numbers on site. The second issue was that there were no washing or kitchen facilitates on site. Fortunately, we had a washing machine in our van but we were discouraged from using their water to fill our tanks, that we needed to do, to use 'our' washing machine! Finally, we were were requested not to use 'our' expensive, brand new multi mat to put down under our awning, as the owners claimed it destroys the grass. The result was that we constantly had to fight the grey road base that we had to traverse each time we entered our van.

Stayed for two nights, really secluded and different from many other campsites. Great and really friendly hosts. If your a lucky you will spot cangroos on the campsite, otherwise you can pet the little bit too friendly emu.

Good value for money.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was pretty and green and had good facilities. The camping area is set out well and plenty of space between the camping sites. We loved the big communal fire which encouraged the guests to mingle and make friends. Glenn was very helpful when we had a caravan issue and helped us fix it before we left which was much appreciated. Thanks guys!

Love, love, love!
Sharon & Glenn go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable on their property. Gorgeous location full of natve wildlife. Beautifully clean facilities that blend straight in with the environment, a little piece of paradise that makes you feel hours away from all of the hussel & bussle of the Sunshine Coast.
Lovely communal campfire where everyone comes over and has a chat.
Will be back!

Beautiful place and the owners are very welcoming. Lovely to stroll around the and enjoy the beauty and nature. The amenities block consisted of two combined toilets and showers which we thought were too close to other campers. There are plans to add more amenities in the near future.
