I really enjoyed my visit to the Campo Maria with Marilyn. I found Chaco and its history fascinating in general, but my visit would not have been the same without seeing more of the stunning Chaco landscape and its wildlife - as well as Marilyn's great insight into this region. I would thoroughly recommend Marilyn as a tour guide. Not... More

Stayed here only for a night and only got to know Marylins husband, not Marylin herself, as she was busy and the two of them were almost away for vacation. The room was nice with air con and a hot shower in the bath, the estancia is very well made to feel comfortable. Food is good and more than enough,... More

Where to begin?! Marylin is the best hostess EVER! We arrived after working for Para La Tierra, Laguna Blanca and wanted to explore some of the accessible Chaco from a nice base. Estancia Iparoma was exactly what we needed. From the comfort of air-conditioning and decent wifi to nocturnal nature and freedom we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was... More

We didn't stay at Iparoma, but hired Marilyn as a guide to the area for the day. We drove around the different colonies, visited some of her friends who were restoring a home from the beginning of the colony, saw the chia, peanut, and sesame fields, went to a wild boar protection project, and finally had a home cooked lunch... We were welcomed more like friends than guests. This place is perhaps a little bit quirky - going through the tractor barn to our room was a bit different. It was an excellent room though, and very spacious. Food was home-cooked, tasty and plentiful. Marilyn is very enthusiastic about nature, and took us out for a picnic meal cooked over... More

Iparoma is a great alternative to staying in central Filadelfia. We chanced upon this place when talking to someone in the tourist office and weren't disappointed. The accommodation is nice and clean, set in the middle of the estancias huge grounds. Tasty home cooked meals was included in the price. Marylin was a attentive host and even introduced us to...
