The website seems to not work when you try and book online, so we just walked in. The hotel is in a quieter area away from downtown. We didn't have a problem getting a room, but make sure you know what the online rates are so you don't get charged more than what the room is worth. There is parking...

I went to Ambato for a week and stayed at a Hotel called "Emperador" I was suposed to stay all week in that hotel but I couldnt handle more than a day. There was to much noise and the service wasnt good. After that I found Miraflores and was so pleased with the service they gave me and the peace...

Spend one night here while working in the area. Comfortable and quiet. Huge king-bed, nice desk if you need to work, mini mini-bar. The shower was very hot-or almost warm/ cold with the "classic" separate hot and cold tabs. OK value even while travelling solo.

I only stayed one night in the Miraflores. But it wasn't because the hotel would be in some way uninviting. In fact I liked the silence and the laissez-faire of the staff. They always help you out with everything but never hurry too much. The best breakfast results to be the "tipico" with eggs and fruits. I can clearly recommend...
