I stayed here for one night due to a business meeting in the area. It was past the peak foliage and before ski season, and there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot! I had to check out very early the next morning and no one was in the lobby. I had to call for maintenance after checking...

Love this mountain. Hotel is better every year. The rooms are clean and feature furniture made of real wood and local art on the walls. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The insight restaurant is pricy but delicious, and the huge out door hot tub is wonderful. It's a great place to stay any time of the year.

We wanted to golf the Sugarloaf course, and thanks to Scott's help (the manager), were able to secure an excellent rate. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, the food and service at the restaurant very good. We'd gladly stay here again.

Lots of summer fun! I highly recommend the zipline obstacle course and the lift to the top of the mountain. Golf course was amazing. Very friendly people. Fun little bar down the street!! Watch out for moose crossings! :)

Rooms were modern and clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Restaurant, however, fell far short of what my expectations were. Dunkin Donuts would have been a better breakfast for far less $$.

We spent a perfect week at this lovely Maine ski resort hotel in the summer of 2015. Of course, there wasn't any skiing, but we ate in every one of the numerous excellent restaurants on the property, went on the zip line, took a Segway standup scooter lesson and then rode them with a guide, rode the scenic chair lift,...

This hotel is outdated and needs a facelift. The front desk staff are very nice as are the restaurant staff. The rooms are hot, noisy and not well maintained. Ski lockers looks like rusted old gym lockers.

Went skiing over Easter and stayed in the condos for two nights which were just OK. But decided to upgrade to the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel on the last night and glad I did. The service reminded me of old school hospitality where the guests were welcomed and made to feel comfortable and special. Staff made me feel like my happiness...

Our stay started in a very positive note immediately at check in. Mara checked us in and gave us all of the resort info. Her positive energy made our stay. The room was perfect for families- 2 bathrooms and an loft. Complimentary breakfast every morning was wonderful. Great restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed Sugarloaf- wouldn't have been as happy staying any...

We stayed at Sugarloaf Mountain Resort condo that was very nice and clean. We recommend eating dinner at Gepetto's Restaurant on the resort. We had some of the best Italian food and blueberry cobbler dessert. We wanted to see moose, but weren't so lucky on this trip. If you want to see the best foliage go at the end of...
