The room was nice an cool even during the 27C days which was really nice, nice thick curtains to block out light, and we were on the ground floor. The restaurant was nice and very accommodating to health concerns.

The room was clean. But ice machine out of order. Hot tub out of order. Sauna out of order. Indoor pool was cold. Paint peeling off wall in hot tub room. Bedding warn and from the 80's. Towels were old. Old curtians bleached out from sun. Old carpet in hallways. Staff was friendly though.

I feel bad for giving the hotel a bad review, as the lady at the desk was really nice, BUT when someone calls to book a room for themselves, their husband AND THEIR CHILD, you MIGHT want to mention the the pool AND hot tub are BROKEN!!! We got there, checked in, lugged all of our suitcases and bags in...

Reasonably priced with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were well kept and house cleaning was timely and detailed. Pool looked well maintained but unfortunately the sauna was out of order. Uninterrupted wifi and good selection of television viewing. Restaurant offered all day breakfast and home cooked meals that provided generous portions all at good prices. The servers were attentive and...

We stayed here 4 years ago and I swore I would never stay here again. It was old, dirty and very unwelcoming. This past weekend I stayed here again with a group of 25-30 people. We were told that the hotel is under new management and has been renovated. SOME of the rooms have been renovated, but not all. (Of...

Stayed overnight here with our 4 children. We did not make reservations, and because we are a large family we required 2 rooms. The rooms were average, old double beds, a tube tv, and bathroom. The room and hotel appeared to be clean, but it was obvious that it is used as a party hotel, and all the rooms have...

Was at the Bridgewater Hotel this weekend was attending at Zumba Training. I picked this hotel for it's proximity to the facility where the training was being held and because it boasted having a pool, hot tub and sauna. I thought it would be perfect. I found out as I was checking in that the Pool has been out for...

Well the first room they sent us to was upstairs in the back end of the hotel (with a senior) when we got to the hallway to go to room 223 there was no lights and it was pitch black. So had to use the little flashlight to see to get to the other end of the hall where our...
