Very cheap and not that cheerful

ayed here in a late deal, all inclusive with Teletext holidays. Problem when checking in. Was taken to a family room (4 girls) - I had booked two rooms but was told we were in just one. It was almost midnight when we arrived, so decided to agree to disagree until the morning. However, hotel manager then left us to go back to reception and came back 5 minutes later saying there had been a mix up and this wasn’t our room. We followed him back to reception to be told our rooms had been cancelled! He couldn’t tell me who had cancelled them and said the hotel was full. After a hasty call to customer services at Teletext, I was told by the hotel manager that he did have two rooms available and he showed us to them. Not the best start to a holiday. The hotel itself is ok, the rooms are cleaned daily by lovely housekeeping ladies. The pool area is good and plenty of sunbeds. There’s a pool bar which serves drinks and limited snacks at certain times of the day. The restaurant are is ok. Food is not the best though. Not a great deal to choose from - limited options. They don’t seem to put enough out either. It was constantly running out and not being replenished very quickly. The hotel bar has very limited options on the all inclusive. Local beers and naff cocktails, rola cola etc. The area where the hotel is really quiet. There’s nothing around there at all. If you walk left out of the hotel and down to the main road, turn right and there’s a few shops and more bars and restaurants. We opted to go here each evening, simply because the hotel food and drinks were very poor. Would I stay here again? No. Even on a cheap and cheerful deal, I don’t think it’s worth it.…

Aright for what we paid

we went middle of september . our room was ok not the best view balcony looked like it had not bin cleaned in ages & half the time our bed was not made. the bar staff was great most of the drinks was ok but has for the food breakfast was not the best we went for 2 weeks & must have not bothered with it 5 times the fryed eggs was always cold the sausages was little tinned ones with tomato sauce drippled over them scrampled egg was slop. dinner & lunch was ok to be fair but was reapted to much pork & chicken to much the snacks well who wants cold buggers or cold pizza . good points we always got a sunbed. beach 10 min walk shops & about 7 resturants 5 min walk to main road where you could get the bus right at the bottom in to rhodes town for 3 euros each , has for entertainment in 2 weeks we had karaoke twice & greek dancers twice so make your own . for what we paid it was just ok would i stay here again if it came up cheap has you do have to go out for food now & then unless your ok with eating the same food twice a day.…

Very nice family hotel with friendly staff...good location, 3 min to vilage centre and 5 min to local beach...nice room (cleaning every day) ,pool and poolbar..we realy have nice time .. thanks for wonderful holiday!!!

First holiday as a couple.

Excellent staff they couldn't do enough to help me when I was ill. We had an absolutely fantastic week away and can't wait to go back and see our new friends. Can't wait to go to Symi but please not as hot this time.

2nd visit, all good

Friendly staff, good rooms,perfect room service, good pool and lovely food, fun evenings entertainments, perfect for young and old, it was my second visit, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.🙂
