No info on the hotel or catering but alot in the general lobby. Nice to have something to look at and plan around in your room. The bed was really hard. Also had no towels in our room so had to ask. The shower was nice but it would get water everywhere. The main disappointment was the terrible smell in the bathroom. Everything was great but the bedroom really let it down. I would say it wasn't dirty it was more maintenance issues and non-verbal guest interaction. It was a last minute booking so probably didnt expect to sell the room but it should still have towels, info and not plumbing issues if you're paying the same as everyone. Wouldn't be picky but the hotel is expensive and you want your money's worth even when in your bedroom. However I'm sure if you dont book last minute you'll get an better room experience. The animation team is very friendly and entertains the people extremely well. The best thing about the hotel was the spa. They work very professionally and you feel very comfortable there. We will definitely be back next year.

I can recommend the spa at Doreta Beach to anyone! And especially because of Kathy. She is super friendly and respectful to the people that she helps. I come back to doreta beach for kathy. So if you come there, go and see kathy!
