The room has only a queen size bed and two single size bed but as advertised it was supposedly a king size bed and two single size bed. Bad reception that informed us to arrive at the airport 2 hours earlier to check-in but the counter hasn't been available when we arrived and therefore wasted 3 hours of precious time....

I stayed here for 3 nights in January 2011 and it was not enough time! Check in was swift and we were shown to our room and bad our bags taken for us! Our room was very clean and spacious, in the main hotel over the reception. The breakfast was nice too, there was a good selection including cereal, toast,...

Stayed 2 weeks.Very good location. Right on Chaweng beach. Because we stayed just after New Year's Eve there were fireworks going off at night the whole 2 weeks, which was a pain trying to get our toddler to sleep. We had a 2 room suite on the top floor near the street. Huge rooms so space was not a problem....

We arrived at around 6pm for our 2 week stay in the Beachfront Bungalow. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly. We were shown to our room via a jungle path full of hidden steps and not very well lit. We were not offered any help with our bags. The attendant struggled to open the door for a couple of...

After arriving on the island we just turned up on the off chance we could get a room. Staff were very polite and showed us a bungalow and hotel room. 4 of us stayed in a family bungalow for 3000 baht a night. We had a patio area in front but the Mosquitos seemed to like it too much to...

We stayed for 10 days and loved Seascape, the location was fantastic, at the quieter end of Chewang Beach, the facilities were at least as expected if not better, this is not a 5 star resort nor did we want one our other trips have shown us that mid range in Thailand gives a good combination of freedom and and...

A disappointing stay at this resort, which felt more like a backpackers to me than a hotel. I would describe it as a 'family friendly budget hotel, close to all the noise and action'. Upon arrival I was shown to my room in the main block - I was welcomed by wafts of what could only be described as sewerage....

We went to Thailand for our honeymoon and had the best trip ever. We stayed at six different hotels around Thailand and were happy with all our stays (in terms of cleanliness and value) except for the Seascape in Koh Samui. To be fair, the location and the rate were decent. However, the rooms were not very clean and the...

I recently stayed one night at this resort (was booked for 4). For the rate of 2700 baht per night for a deluxe bungalow, this was so overpriced. I left and went to another resort - for 100 baht more I got something 5 times better, closer to the centre of Chaweng and impeccable on all fronts. The deluxe bungalow...
