My wife and me booked this Hotel Baan Samui at Koh Samui and stayed there between 22 feb to 25th feb. 2017. The hotel is painted in horrible colour shades that one gets a closofobic effect and is scary to stay there. I paid almost 415US Dollars that is Rs.28500/= in Indian Rupees for3 nights and there is no free...

Good things: - Great location: on beach and near good shops - Cheap mini bar - Friendly staff Bad things: - The worst thing was, that with no warning or apology, they were ripping the decking out of the pool area and replacing it. So if you wanted to relax by the pool, all you'd hear is hammering and sawing,...

Great hotel for the price! Rooms are a good size and are clean. The breakfast is good and offers a variety of options. Hotel staff are friendly and provide a great service. Pool is great and overlooks the beach. The hotel is in an excellent location close to bars, restaurants and shopping.

I have had the pleasure of once again staying at this fantastic resort, this is my 16th visit, over the past ten years. Why anyone who comes to Koh Samui, would stay anywhere else, is beyond me. As the consistency, quality, and friendliness of the service, is second to none. Everyone here goes above and beyond for their guests. I...

Had a lovely stay at Baan Samui. We were given a room close to the pool as requested which turned out very handy! The breakfasts were lovely. However it was disappointing that we had to pay for wifi for each device per 24 hours - I think this is very poor considering how much it is to stay at Baan...

Prior to arriving at Baan Samui for our 10 night visit, we mentioned we were travelling with friends and enquired as to whether we could have our rooms close together. Upon checking in, we were given inter connecting rooms which was perfect for those evening drinks together. As we were about to head out to celebrate my wifes birthday one...

Our first few minutes at Baan Samui was a mixed bag and that set the tone for our entire stay. We were greeted upon arrival with bright colors, English fluency, smiles, and fruit juice, which was fantastic! Then we discovered we'd need to pay extra for each device we wanted to connect to the wifi throughout the course of our...

I must have reviewed 30-40 hotels on here and I do it to help people like me make good choices. I'm sorry but the jury is out on this one. Koh Samui is not a rich place so you're never going to get Hilton standards or highly trained staff... The rooms were Tired but acceptable ( we witnessed and used...

This hotel and moon dance hotel have excellent facilities, good food and friendly staff, especially Tan! The position right on the beach was excellent with comfortable chairs and sun beds. What a great afternoon we had. Derek and Jackie
