The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially the mother of the family. clean hotel, bedding and towels changed everyday. we used the laundry service which was done in 24 hours and smelt very nice. very close to all bars, restaurant and beach however on a side road so you don't get any noise. would recommend staying here however wifi... We had a lot of problems straight away with internet and the toilet. The guy at reception was really really helpful but is English just wasn't good enough - no one else there spoke English. The communal area was definitely not for customers, the Thai family just all led around it and slept - they treated it as though it... More

Very nice and cosy place, I feel there like at home. Nice personal! We often drink tea at the hall and watch thai TV alongside with hotel owners family. We always got cups, hot water and plates for our banana cakes, we buyed at the nearest 7elewen. And the staff was kindly to wash our dishes for free. Low prices... More

Took a chance and paid for one night there after being approached by a guy on the ferry who was going around trying to sell rooms there. Very glad we did. It quickly became our go-to hotel in samui. Extremely clean, comfortable and pleasant for an unbelievably low price. Must have stayed for a total of around 14 days over... More

My boyfriend booked this hotel as it has a good location, not too far from the beach and from the restaurants. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who was very helpful and sweet throughout our stay, allowing us to check out later as our flight wasn't until the evening. The room was very clean but don't expect a... More

Spacious and clean room! Had a weird smell to it when you entered it but it didnt bothered us too much after a while. About 25 min walk to the main clubs ( The Green Mango and Cha Cha Moon) but the place is located on a main street so you basically walk by a lot restaurants and shops along... More

Good location in quiet side road, close to beach and nightlife. Rooms cosy and clean, but furnishings and towels well worn. Service friendly but not always quickest. Breakfast choice limited. Free Wifi. Always request a Room at front of building with Large Balcony, as Rooms as rear have tiny balconies and overlook a waste ground Car Park.

The family have little English but all very helpful. Great size room for 3 of us. Very clean, good... More

The reason we loved this hotel so much was the room. It was huge, and had great decor- which we payed a small price for. The room includes a fridge and large TV with cable channels. The bathroom was a good size and hot water was always available. The room was great. The owners have little english but one lady... More

I booked this hotel because I wanted a kettle in the room, but when we arrived there wasn't one, even though the description had said there would be. I was told the reason was that a previous guest had made a mess using a kettle, and that there was free tea and coffee facilities in the restaurant. The family use... More
