The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes walking to the nightlife, restaurants, bars, shops... so you will always have relaxation and peace and everything is very close by walking. In front of the hospital, a supermarket. The hotel is cozy, spacious rooms, we took a room with a pool, which is true that it overlooks a corridor with a side wall but we took advantage of it very well both in the morning and at noon during the peak hours of the sun (2-3). He appreciated a cool bath, and even at dusk; Cleaning of the room very good. The staff is very attentive and kind. The breakfast was good, it is true that we had dinner one day and outside the hotel walking along the beach if you don't want to go too far there are better options. The pool and sun loungers towards the beach were a luxury.... we did not catch the season of many algae so the bathing was very good, and if you walk along the beach a little you will find a beach completely free of algae with completely crystal clear water. .. spectacular. The beach is wonderful in terms of calm, relaxation and it is very long for very good walks. Along the shore you find various beach bars to have a drink, eat on the beach, apart from other hotels... there are also several places that offer massages, rental of jet skis, kayaks, etc... all very very close. Recommended 100%.

The Hotel is a small boutique, located ideally near all restaurants and the main town but also far away from the noise. All staff were welcoming and attentive. The service was great.
The room was spacious and with an excellent view, bed and bedding provided were great.
Breakfast had a good variety, we were vegetarian and upon request they were able to make food according to dietary needs.
The swimming pool is a great size with enough sun loungers, directly on the beach. However there was a lot of seaweed in the sea (but that’s not the hotels fault). If you walk a little further down there was a clear patch of crystal clear blue water.
However non motorised sports such as Kayaking and paddle boarding are not provided by the hotel. It would be great to see this provided as other hotels provided this.

We had no expectations before we got to the hotel, had found it on Hotels.com but we can only say; WOW. The quiet location by the nice beach was pure relaxation for the soul and our room had such a nice view, room 302, and the fact that the staff then made you feel like one of the family didn't make it worse. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection of hot dishes, eggs of various kinds, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, cereals and juices. The food they serve for lunch/dinner was superb. Likewise, all smoothies or drinks from Her Bar were good in the heat. We were there for 20 days and have nothing bad to say, only good, we will do everything we can to come back to this place. A very nice hotel on the quiet part of Chaweng beach, yet close to everything Large and modern room in Thai style, always quiet indoors. good air conditioning.
Very good breakfast buffet, always well cleaned and a great service all week.
We stayed at the hotel 1 week around New Year with our "young adults" and respectively - everyone thought it was great.

We have just spent 6 nights in a pool access room 109 (with a view through to the sea) ..the room itself is very large and spacious and comfortable although it is a bit dated. Unfortunately our room in this block (3 floors) was backed onto the very noisy and busy Chaweng main road - with open walkways, and the room door did not have the proper insulation or seals which would help to block out the road noise. The hotel night manager on duty on our first night did their best to put foam strips onto our door but still a lot of road noise came through. We would have moved rooms to be in one of the villas which are not positioned on the road side, but the hotel was fully booked. The location is perfect and very beautiful beach with amazing swimming- if the road noise can be dealt with then all will be perfect. The restaurant also has great food.

We have known this hotel for many years. (last time before covid) If we come back, it's because it is very good +++ and every staff member is perfect +++ Well located, at the top of Chaweng beach, with very large room sizes (70 m2) compared to the competition, and quiet. Perfect breakfast, +++ (but needs to be perfected) The SPA (massages) across the street, also perfect. On the other hand, the calm has gone a little on certain days, with a new, noisy clientele who occupied an upscale villa on the beach, with their personal music (metal and others). We would have thought we were at the “arc bar” (hotel sought after for the noise). Have a quality restaurant, but which they do not know how to promote (90% of customers seem to go to eat in town). (They once had a "French" chef, who raised the "level", just as they had a "present" manager who welcomed customers and gave useful advice throughout (even in English), disappeared too. Anonymous in the hotel... There are no (or few) drawers to store your belongings, whereas furniture existed before,

Beautiful smaller boutique hotel away from the hustle of Chaweng. Stayed with my husband and two older daughters in Pool access suites, glorious location and the perfect view to wake up to rooms 103/104 currently. The are just lovely, nothing is too much trouble and everything with a smile. Very very lovely small team to staff. Thank you to the security staff who are lovely, all the restaurant and bar staff and the pool gentlemen who got our sunbeds every day. Room cleaning and turn down impeccable service Thank you.
This hotel is located on the beach ( it’s worth noting that five mins walk or so to the left or right has a better beach if I’m honest for swimming, plenty of scope for walking as far as you like tbh, views are spectacular. Pools very well kept small but perfectly situated and a welcome relief from the heat. It’s a swim up pool for those wanting a drink. Breakfast lots of fruit, bacon pastries, really good eggs Benedict, noodle soup omelette and plenty of juice and coffee There’s a 7/11 right opposite which is great, and right next to hotel turn right ( whistl facing 7/11) hot our laundry done every day brilliantly for 50B per kg perfect service. Drinks and dinner on the beach look no further than YourPlace, perfect spot to end the nights, good food cheap drinks and a fire show every night worth a look for sure. This is a stunning peaceful quiet hotel,10mins walk to Chaweng, and a quick tutuk to the night market. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful

Great boutique hotel. Reasonable sized rectangular pool with pool bar. Overlooks ocean - some have great sea views, some views are very limited. We stay B&B and the food was good and the service was excellent. Good location, a 12 min walk from to the town centre and 2 min walk from a great beach bar/cafe that serves reasonably priced drinks and food until late. The cafe also have a fire show that should not be missed (the extent and quality of the show is determined by how busy they are - be prepared for slow service). Our room was modern and clean, we had a good sea view and the air con was great. Occasionally the sea seemed dark with oil and smelled of rotten fish. We were told this was a natural algae. Some days were better than others.

Our second visit to Sareeraya Villa having first stayed here in January 2023
We stayed in a pool villa and again the staff ensured that we had a wonderful stay.
Located at the quiet end of Chaweng beach, the best beach on Koh Samui, Sareeraya is the perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday.
The food in the Chefs Table restaurant is excellent, breakfast is relaxing, and dinner was wonderful.
The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the pool villas have a private plunge pool and jacuzzi bath.

We booked 4 rooms for 9 night for our family and partners. The resort is right on the beach, rooms are large and beautifully finished. The staff were amazing, we felt like part of the family!! We had a plunge pool villa right at the front of the resort, it was beautiful and we were well cared for by staff. You can walk to many restaurants and the food and drinks at the resort were good and reasonably priced. A great small resort experience!!

The sea outside the hotel has a sort of lagoon feel because of a natural stone barrier protecting the shore. Calms the sea but algae built up. The smell can be unpleasant but it is rare. The beaches just down the coast are better and the walk from the hotel is great. You are offsetting a good value Hotel against the occasional algae build in. We loved the hotel and the staff - can’t recommend the hotel more. Just wish they’d clean the algae away - like they do with oil slips. Hope this helps. Next time we go, we will try the Ozo, much more expensive and not as nice but I have trouble walking on the beach.
