The rooms are so noisy because of all the clubs and the traffic, so better bring some earplugs if you want to sleep. Shower has almost no waterpower and we did not had any windows in our room. Turns out that there was a huge electricity pole in front of our room. You can take the elevator but it does... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2014, whilst island hopping/backpacking. The hotel was perfect for our trip and budget, about £15 a night each. The location is excellent and the hotel doesn't boast about it enough. Situated on Chaweng Beach Road, the hotel has mcdonalds, subway, Starbucks, the pizza company next door aswell as an abundance of local restaurants,... More

I got a room at this hotel for a very reasonable price by paying in advance. The room was huge. The advantage was that the electricity didn't switch off when I was out of the room. It's no use opening the windows - you have a/c, so I didn't have any problems with lizards or insects or any other living... More

I had wanted to stay somewhere near the Beach and the location of this hotel was ideal for this purpose. Although it is not on the beachfront, I liked that it was near a lot of affordable restaurants and a short walk away from Central Festival Mall. The room and clean and it was quiet enough. There was no Electric... More

During 23-25 of July we stayed here. The room was uncomfortable. Awful noise until 3 am. My french toilet water and my girlfriends designers t-shirt and lotion after sun were stolen. We came back in the hotel to ask if someone found our clothes but unfortunately got the negative answer. Don't belive positive reviews. Don' t stay here if you... More

Me and my girlfriend needed someone relatively close to the airport as we had a flight in the morning to Bangkok at 6am. This place was relatively nice looking and still central to the main part of Chaweng. When we arrived we were very happy with the room as it was clean and spacious with working ac, everything you need... More

It is now 2.47am and the noise in my top floor room is so loud that the floor is shaking. The rooms themselves are fine but unless you are planning to not return to your room until around 4am every morning then I am warning you against this place. The staff are uncooperative and refuse refunds with no reasoning. The... More

The hotel itself is very small and is ideal to use as a base as there is not many facilities. The check in staff were helpful and showed us to our room. Unfortunately didn't get a Lakeview room though. It is aprox 5 minutes walk to the beach. If I was to go again, I would stay in a hotel... More

As mentioned in few sites it's not a bar girl friendly hotel as per as charges are concerned, only one girl with you at the time of check-in will not be charged till check-out, but for every change you will be charged Joiner Fee at THB 500 per new joiner, even though you are only 2 persons at any point... I've stayed in a number of hotels in Chaweng and this ranks as the best overall when you consider the price. Stayed 8 nights here. It's far from luxurious and the rooms are perhaps slightly dated but for £20 a night you can't expect the Ritz. Huge rooms, huge bed, fridge, big bathroom with good water pressure, loads of tv...
