I have stopped here on many occasions and love it. Clean, lots of character, free off street parking, friendly staff, great food and located in the centre of the main run of bars and restaurants. The Old Hall retains much of its charm and character in the old building, within the bar area is a cosy fire place for winter...

Have stayed here numerous times and have enjoyed every one. It's in a brilliant location with plenty of great pubs and restaurants including its own right on your doorstep. Staff are always pleasant and can't do enough for you. Highly recommended you try it

As has already been said in previous reviews from my colleagues at the baby shower, the whole experience was very unpleasant. One staff member in particular was very rude and made the whole group feel very anxious and unwelcome during our baby shower. However, I was thoroughly distrusted in the way in which she later spoke to my friend at...

I cannot stress enough the awful exerience we had at this venue. We booked for 17 people to attend a baby shower and to say we were disapointed is an understatement. Unfortunately despite the location being great and the hotel being quaint that is where my positive message has to end. The service we received was disgusting. The waitress service...

We pre booked this establishment for a friends baby shower. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. Our party of 17 were seated separately, when we asked if we could be seated together (simple enough to move that 1 table to the end!) we were told to wait in the...

I am utterly disgusted and shocked with the service I have received tonight. The lady who served us tonight was disgraceful. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant in all of my life. After my friend had organised prices and options on the phone previously we arrived at this venue to be seated on three separate tables. We...

I was absolutely disgusted at the service and quality of the food I received at The Old Hall hotel Last night. There was a group of 17 of us and we went for afternoon tea. The service was diabolical, the staff were incredibly rude and made out we were an inconvenience. Not one staff member asked if they could get...
