Chateau de Colliers is an authentic chateau with history dated back to 18-century. To be honest this is my first ever stay in a real chateau - previously I had stayed in one operated by a hotel group. Me and my wife love this family-run B&B a lot as for the length of your stay, you feel like a family... More

Really want to give higher score because the history of the building is amazing, and it is impressive how the owner maintains and keeps the house. However, the building/deco is really old and the breakfast is very average considering the price we are paying. 大房子本身的历史很有意思,主人都很和善。但是,房间本身不值付的房价,床也不舒服。住过其他的庄园,价格比这个低很多,房间也更新。

Room was great with original furniture of the chateau, spacious with renovated bathroom, and a direct view on the Loire river. The breakfast was served in the dining room on a long table shared with other guests, and this was quite interesting to meet new people every morning. The Chateau manager was very welcoming and friendly.

Possibly over-the-top décor. Not keen on the breakfast situation. Lovely setting for a dinner party but not liking families from 3 different countries sitting around a long table unable to converse. Food very basic. The pool appeared to be a pump-up children's pool. On the plus side the bedroom was huge.

We stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Rooms are spacious and have a scenic view overlooking the Loire. Setting is very quiet and peaceful. Host was very friendly and helpful in making dinner reservations, etc. and sharing the history of the chateau. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed a lovely evening sitting out back sipping... More

The room was beautiful, well appointed, and had a great view. Very quiet and peaceful. Bathroom had a bath, which is not very common. Breakfast was one of our best in France. Host was very friendly as well.

We stayed in this BB for one night while visiting the Loire Valley. It has got a nice feeling of an old building and decor, sort of mix between a museum but at the same time an old cluttered house. The location is very good overlooking the river but we were not very lucky with the weather to enjoy the... More
