This is a wonderfully spacious, tasteful and comfortable building where we immediately felt relaxed and received the warmest of welcomes from owners Mike and Faye and their loyal staff. We stayed in the Japanese styled Hayashi rooms (and also enjoyed the Japanese influenced spa and dining options) but would have been equally happy in the Savoyarde and Mansarde accommodations. From...

This is truly one of the most delightful "finds" in the Alps - I have stayed in hotels all around the world but time spent here is truly enjoyable. The food is exquisite, the service exemplary and all with views that will take your breath away.... Mike & Faye, the proprietors, have created a very special hotel experience that one...

This is the second time I've stayed here. Had another wonderful week at the chalet with Mike and Faye as our perfect hosts. Loved the spacious room and a very relaxing spa that has a Japanese feel. The meals were delicious and 'different' with an international twist using local food. Can't wait to go back.

I cannot rate this place high enough. The location, luxury, food and most of all the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, particularly Mike and Faye. Their attention to your needs to make your stay as enjoyable as possible knows no bounds.

Back from a fabulous stay in Chalet Matsuzaka where we enjoyed the excellent hospitality of owners Faye and Mike, delicious tasty European and Japanese influenced food from their chef Seán and great service from Marta with different wines served every evening. Lovely spacious double room, number 4, with great views and sunsets from the bed. Well designed chalet and spotlessly...

Just back from a great family holiday in Chalet Matsuzaka, La Rosiere, My self, my wife and three children (5, 7,9yr) stayed in a large room on the 2nd floor in the Chalet. It was plenty roomy for us all. The chalet itself is in an excellent location near the Lifts in Les Eucherts, about 7 mins walk downhill and...

We had a great week here in January this year. The chalet itself is modern, clean and very well equipped. The spa is superbly kept, and a real highlight. Rooms are large and always clean. I'd confidently say that the food is of a decent restaurant standard with a good blend of Local, European and Asian-influenced cuisine. Owners and hosts,...

Apart from the wonderful accommodation and pleasant location, the thing that makes Chalet Matsuzaka special, are the owners and staff. Mike and Faye are wonderful hosts and do everything within their powers to ensure that you enjoy your stay as much as possible. The Japanese Spa is a treat for those unfamiliar with the experience and certainly helps after a...

From Simon & Eva Appleby 5 star service from Mike and Faye and their outstanding staff Christa and Tony. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave its all about you and your family.
