Good value for a short break. Clean, unfussy hotel with polite and helpful staff. Situated in a pleasant small town with a good choice of excellent restaurants. Will probably return next year, if ferry schedules permit.

Highly recommend this hotel, super size room with nice modern furniture and TV with English channels. Staff were friendly and spoke good english, breakfast was all you needed, plenty of food and outside seating area. Free car park across the road and a few bar/restaurants a short walk away as is the sea and the coastal walks.

Only stayed one night prior to catching the morning ferry from Roscoff, but would like to stay again. We had the family suite on the top floor which consisted of two adjoining rooms. Both rooms were of a good size and very clean, as was the shower room. Although the hotel is in the centre of town it was very... More

We stayed here three nights before joining our family for a week near to Dinard. I wanted to visit Carantec as I had visited with my parents in 1950! Can't say I remembered much from those distant days. The town has a pleasant small centre and a decent beach a few hundred yards downhill with a large car park. The... More

We booked the hotel through Brittany ferries. We stayed there for 2 nights as part of a cycling weekend. The room was lovely, comfy beds, very clean and our view was of the local boulangerie! The staff were friendly and very helpful about storing our bikes. Breakfast was included for us and there was a good choice - it set... More

Stayed for 2 nights 20/21st June. Parked right outside and was shown to a downstairs room - not generally my favourite - but wow! Large light and with its own private street access. Bathroom was light and large with an excellent dual shower. Breakfast was very good including fresh croissants and real marmalade!. Madame was very helpful. Could not fault... More

We had a five-day stay in Carantec and we went for this hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Carantec and everything (restaurants, supermarket, beaches, coastal path…) is in walking distance. As a two-star hotel we are very satisified. The room was small but very nice, well-structured and clean. A safe and water boiler were available in the... More

At first the hotel outside looks rather plain though inside the decor is really smart and fresh. The rear garden / deck very bright and attractive. Rooms are very well presented and spotless. You can wake up to the smell of bread being cooked at the next door patisserie. Breakfast simple though very tasty. Personally found the bed too soft... More

We stayed one night prior to the ferry crossing. An excellent budget hotel - spotlessly clean, modern décor and shower room, comfortable bed, TV with English channels, free wifi in bedroom too. Small family run (only about 18 rooms) Madame very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. I was very impressed and would happily go again.
