We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed our time at Anatoki Lodge Motel. Having booked in advance the friendly and helpful staff had everything ready for our arrival. The room was large and while the furniture may be a little on the older side, it was still very comfortable. Fabulous location being a short and easy stroll to the... More

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were enormous, the owners ever so friendly and all amenities provided. it is just at the edge of the small town so only a few minutes walk to the centre and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights at Anatoki lodge and this place is a understated secret. Location is the best and motels are really spacious with great big beds and furniture. These are seriously the cleanest motels we have stayed in. The Christmas lights in the garden are gorgeous and the indoor solar heated swimming pool is great after a day exploring.... More

We stayed two nights in mid October. We turned up without a booking and received a large room (with one of the rooms closed off). Very happy with the room and facilities. We didn't use the pool but we did make use of the laundry ($2 per wash, $2 per dry). There is a large outside area with picnic tables... More

Really serviceable kitchen and spacious room. This motel even has comfortable lounge chairs to relax in after a day tramping. The host could not be more helpful and told us how to get to the Pupa Springs which were quite amazing. Highly recommmended.

We stayed here for 2 nights with friends (all seniors) and had the spacious 2 bed unit at the rear. It was large, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We wished we could have stayed there longer. The host and hostess are such hospitable friendly people--they made us proud to be Kiwis! The location couldn't be beaten--2 minutes walk to everything you... More

Have stayed here several times mainly in a studio unit. This visit had friends with us so opted for the two bedroom unit. The unit we had was large with two double bed bedrooms. One of which had an extra single in it. There was also a pull out in the lounge so plenty of room for a large family.... More

This is a high quality Host Accommodation motel, situated right in the centre of Takaka but by no means noisy. It is conveniently situated for restaurants and shops locally, has excellent car parking facilities and as such makes visiting all the sights in the area very easy. The units are spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and exceptionally large, bright and... More
