Had an amazing time at Las Plumerias. The surf guides selected good surf spots for 2 sessions each day; we had a good variety of surf spots to experience. Good food and they easily accommodated a gluten free diet. Bungalows are spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. We enjoyed waves and warm... More

In short, it was the best ten days of surfing I ever had. There were lots of waves to be had, and at times our small group were the only ones out. I surfed until I could hardly walk every day. Etienne and Emilie we gracious hosts, and tried hard to please everyone. It was nice to mix with different... More

Amazing week. Beautiful bungalows, very nice staff and well experimented surf guides. We had such a great time both surfing and just hanging out at the lodge, relaxing, eating fresh local meals, chatting with the staff and other guests. A most friendly place and really hope to visit again !!

It was a perfect trip. A good balance of familly, fun, relaxation and surf. I could maximize my time in the water because Étienne and his crew his super well organized. The food was great, the rooms are private and clean. It is a must go if you want to have a stress-free trip. I'll be back

I was taken care of from the beginning till the end! Etienne and Emmy were so helpful and accommodating! In Latin countries is a bit tough on a vegetarian, but the kitchen did an amazing job and I even got a veg chocolate/banana pie on my last day! The food will come as a pleasant surprise as you wont expect... More

My boyfriend and I had never surfed before and were looking to stay one week at a spot where we can learn quickly without having the hassle of figuring out our meals and transportation. Therefore, we communicated with Las Plumerias owners a few weeks before departure and they were always very helpful and responded very quickly. It was also our... More

I think this place has it all. It's located slightly off the beaten path, about a 10 minute drive from the famous waves at Popoyo Beach. Emeline and Etienne, the owners, have really created a relaxing haven for people looking to surf or just explore the natural beauty of Nicaragua's Southwestern coast. We loved the privacy of the casitas and... More

I stayed with Etienne and Emeline for a week over Christmas 2014 and had an awesome time. My coach (Julien) had me surfing by the afternoon of the first day and I was surfing a local point break the morning of my 2nd day. Aside from great surfing and beautiful scenery, Las Plumerias is very relaxing with good food and... More
