I was there in the off season, so there were only two guests.
The cottages are right on the beach. So lovely and peaceful to sleep with the sound of the ocean. No ambient light to disturb the beautiful sky.
The food was delicious.
The 2 nights at Mwazaro Beach was memorable one..a small and nature friendly accomodation with private beach and no beach boys...spacious rooms with private shower, excellent food and friendly restaurant staff not to forget mzee Ali....
I will always recommend it to my friends

Well, I was traveling by bicycle, so I am not really aware of the transport situation. I know that one lady was returning to Mombasa airport by taxi, but I don't know what she was to pay. Certainly there are many buses and minibuses coming from Mombasa which would drop you off at the Shimoni junction. At Shimoni junction, there are many motorcycle taxi guys ready to take you to Mwazaro or Shimoni.
