Natures Paradise is a small adults only health relaxation or Wellness retreat, and presently the only health retreat in Western Australia. Their point of difference is a one on one customer focus - all sessions ( massages, consultations, meditation, exercise, sound etc) are 'one on one', not group. All health retreat packages are 4 nights and include all healthy plant based meals, accommodation and a range of services specific to each retreat. Guests can choose from a range of 4 night retreats including Stress free, Detox, weight loss, Yoga, wellness in Retirement, Mother/ daughter retreat and Realign & restore. Superbly located, Natures Paradise is a retreat like no other with a natural swim pond, Meditation and sound room, gym, library, Infra red sauna, massage/ therapy rooms etc. At Natures Paradise we bring back the balance of nature to mankind towards optimal well-being. Owned and operated by two of the most experienced health and fitness professionals, Neil and Jenny Whyte.

I stayed with Neil and Jenny for 5 nights and I can't thank them enough for their caring and nurturing approach to welcoming their guests.
This place is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located in a beautiful forest setting, surrounded by nature, it's so peaceful and tranquil.
With only 3 rooms it was nice that it was not crowded and therefore felt like a very personalised stay. My room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I managed to cram in as many treatments and activities as possible in 5 days, each one was wonderful and performed by professionals with lots of experience in their field.
Now the food......I am a carnivore so really wasn't sure what to expect from eating a plant based diet for 5 days but the food was exceptional! It's opened my eyes to a new way of eating, although I'm not 100% ready to give up meat, it's certainly made me make some changes.
All in all, I chose this place as I wanted some time to unwind and relax and it by far exceeded all of my expectations. Neil and Jenny are two of the kindest and most genuine people you could meet and they go out of their way to make sure you get what you want out of your stay. I'd highly recommend and will definately be back.

I stayed at this lovely resort in Jan for the 2 day spa retreat package. It was right after NY so couldn’t of picked a better time. The resort is secluded and intimate and set in the bush. The food was delicious and the treatments included with my package were all top quality and kept me well entertained. Neil and Jen are the best host and are very knowledgeable on all things health and wellness. I left feeling 100% better than when I arrived in just 2 days. I can’t wait to visit again in May. The highlights for me was the rain water showers, the delicious berry pancakes and the Sound healing session on the last day with Jen. Keep up the good work Neil and Jen.

I went for some peace and quiet and to reconnect with nature. I got that and so so much more. There’s not much about health, fitness and wellbeing that owners, Jen and Neil don’t know. They were incredibly generous in their nurturing. I looked forward to their lovingly prepared nutritious food everyday, and pampering from treatments and spiritual coaching. I left feeling complete and ready to take on the world. Can’t wait to go back. :)

I went for a two day stress free retreat and gained peace and so much more. Neil and Jenny are beautiful people and make you feel so warm. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for helping me with the next step of my life path. I learnt so much from this experience- from the food that is so carefully made with love to the amazing sound bowl meditation and massage and the space for self reflection and guiding words of wisdom from Jenny. It is truly a place to give you the tools of healing - but you need to go with a positive mindset and an open mind. Each person will go with a different need and they have a wide repertoire to cater for many different needs . I will be back.

My second visit to this amazing hidden gem. Having just spent a week there on the weight loss retreat, not only did I lose noticeable kilos but my entire body has benefited greatly. My arthritic knees have not felt this good in over 2 years, my eyesight seems to have gained some clarity and my skin is glowing. Set amongst beautiful forest, the rooms are warm, inviting and immaculately clean. So much thought goes into the plant based meals which are delicious and satisfying but perhaps the best part of Nature’s Paradise are the owners Neil and Jenny. From the time you arrive you are treated with such sincere warmth that you immediately feel relaxed and ready to embrace the experience. Thanks for such a fabulous stay guys.

I had such a relaxing 2 nights here and thoroughly recommend to anyone considering a retreat experience. The food was delicious and very nutritious. The hosts Neil and Jenny were so obliging and genuinely interested in ensuring clients were fully informed of everything available to make their stay a delightful meaningful experience. What a wonderful experience. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable on plant based eating, fitness and many other holistic therapies. Had a massage, facial and met with a naturopath. I left floating on air armed with oodles of information to improve my health and overall wellbeing.
The food was absolutely fantastic and varied. Quality nibbles in between.
The accommodation and amenities were excellent. Lots of relevant reading materials and videos to watch. Wonderful bush walking options nearby as well. I fully recommend a stay to anyone that is feeling worn out of stressed, or even just as a me time treat.

Was looking to take some time to reset, refresh and rejuvenate between jobs, was tired. Took a chance on Natures Paradise with Neil and Jenny (reviews helped) and found this place to be amazing, was immediately attracted to the personal touch with Neil and Jenny and would highly recommend Natures Paradise, truly a hidden GEM so close to Perth. The sign at reception says "Magic Happens Here" (written by a guest) and i agreed and placed my signature on that sign as well!! The food - Special and tasty The amenities - fantastic The location and surroundings - Perfect and peaceful

My husband and I were both longing a retreat for relaxation, health and healing. Our angels must have been listening and directed us to these two amazing souls of Jenny and Neil. Natures Paradise delivered physically, emotionally and spiritually.
My husband and I are truely grateful for the love and care this beautiful couple provided us. We both highly recommend this retreat set in Mother Natures backyard. And all of their plant based food were so tasty that it convinced us to implement it more in our diet.

I came for an 11 day weight loss programme with Neil and Jenny and came away with a lot more than losing 5kgs. Their approach to treat every person individually certainly makes you feel special. The beautiful food and treatments along with tailored one on one exercise certainly worked for me. Set in amazing surroundings it is somewhere special to spend time out from busy lives .
