The English hosts are quite simply delightful. Wonderfully clean rooms, lovely ambience and simply a great place to stay. 200% recommended! They do great food and the bar is very welcoming. I can't think of much else to say other than that Andrew and Vanessa are the consummate hosts!

We had a lovely, 2-night stay at Le Manoir, a former Segneurie. Our large family room was situated at the front, overlooking the village square, which is very quiet at night. The owners were very welcoming. We ate in both evenings. The food was delicious. One small point: it would be nice to have been given fresh milk for our...

This could have been a 4 except for my misreading of the room information. We finished up with the one room where the toilet is across the hall in its own small room. According to my wife, that means I can't give a rating above 2. BUT IT WAS MY FAULT. Our friends had a much larger room with full...

Whenever I am in Bazouges- I make sure to pay a visit to the Manoir. Vanessa,-half of the couple who own the hotel/restaurant always makes you feel welcome and the restaurant is frequented by locals, ex-pats and tourists alike- an information hot-place, here one can feel the pulse of this quaint little village beating.

Great local knowledge, good and friendly service of an interesting menu - from moules to Thai fusion. Cosy bar or outside seating. Very comfortable rooms of character with excellent breakfasts. A real find and a great place to eat and stay.

Found this little gem last week while out exporting the Brittany country side. We had lunch & decided to go back for dinner. It was fantastic Asian style dinner and the best starter I have ever had fresh tasty & friendly . Keep up the good work. We will be back.

Lovely old building in a quiet village less than 30 minutes from St Malo. English owners who have renovated and updated in an old fashioned style that suits the building. Good evening meals and plentiful breakfasts. Enjoyed siting outside in the square talking with the owner and locals over beers.

We first stayed Le Manoir over ten years ago as the owners were setting up business. They have worked tirelessly to create a welcoming place to set and stay over, most recently developing an Asian menu alongside more traditional fare. There's often a lively mix of nationalities and many locals have made it their place of choice to visit. In...

We visited this property in August with two kids. We had a nice family room which comfortably housed four people. The property is an old house which has been renovated and we were very happy for the opportunity to stay a couple of nights in one of these old houses. We went there as part of a trip to Bretagne...

“front facing room gives nice view over village square”

“If you like to overlook the square and get the morning sun, Room 3 is the one for you. It has a double bed, two singles - and a wonderful chaise longue, ideal for reading a book on. There is no TV - a plus in our view given they can disturb - but there is free wifi so people can watch their own choices without impinging on anyone else.”

“We had a family room. This was a lovely large double with a seperate room with 3 beds. Great if you're travelling in a group or with family. Very spacious. Good strong shower.”
