This hotel is set in a wonderful situation overlooking Lake Leman. It is a very old chateau which has been decorated in awful colours. It's a bit of a trek to get you our room along passages and several flights of stairs. I wouldn't have minded that except when we got there the room smelt "musty" and the shower didn't...

Dear Louise C, Thank you for sharing your comment. Our Chateau indeed has no lift and we regret so... but the constitution of this 12th century building gives a special challenge in term of lift conception... and so far no technician could propose any valuable offer! We remain hopeful we will one day propose the comfort of avoiding steps to...

Excellent location to stop over on our way to CoteD'azure but be warned of weekday evening traffic between Sciez and Geneva - it added 2 hours to our journey from Langres Worth stopping at least couple of days as it is in easy reach of some lovely towns by the lake ,restaurants and mountain drives

On the new year holiday we stopped in Evian. We found it interesting to have a dinner at the Chateau de Coudrée. The environment was amazing and the personnel was very helpful. Both of us had a menu of an "amuse bouche", a main course and desert. The local fish, a trout was delicious. It was the unforgettable "Moelleux à...

Visited the chateau for a retreat and the venue was amazing. Very quiet location and next to the lake with some rooms having a lake view. The rooms have a quaint feel. The food and service were excellent too. Would love to visit again in the summer when it is warmer.

It's a wedding place, but more than perfect. Imagine a wedding place in a land of fairytales. Not kidding! everything is perfect. The setting, the castle, the rooms, the staff, the food, the beach....EVERYTHING is perfect. If you have the opportunity, please don’t think twice, book a room while you still can. Seriously, this is one of the awesomest places...

My wife and I had our wedding reception at this awesome old castle in 1999. As we are from Quebec (Canada), we make sure that every time we are in the region, we stop by Coudree to enjoy a very good meal. 2 days ago, we had another excellent meal. The food was fresh and quantity was just perfect. Given...

We spent 2 nights at this lovely establishment, and really enjoyed the experience. Beautiful castle on Lake Leman (Geneva) was a very peaceful and romantic setting. I would not call the accommodations luxurious but the overall it sort of felt that way. The bedrooms were fairly basic but acceptable, very clean. The bathroom (separate toilet room and shower room) were...

I have eaten here both at lunch time and evening. The food is excellent, as you would expect from a protégé of Alain Ducasse. The location is unrivalled on the lakeside with private beach and boat pontoon looking across to Lausanne in Switzerland. It is a fantastic historic chateau with large comfortable rooms and large well equipped bathrooms, offering views...

We attended a wedding at this Chateau and its location is just fantastic, sitting just next to the lake with a clear view of Switzerland on the other side.
