Our second visit to this wonderful place to catch some winter sun. Tenerife is a stunning island with lovely natural places and this is a great hotel from which to explore. It is a quality find. Quiet, secure, verging on remote but actually not, quality service and space.

This is a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet: very relaxing with excellent spa facilities and lovely grounds. The restaurant not quite up to standard of the rest of the hotel, but breakfasts are good with plenty of choice.

We stayed for 7 nights at the end of Jan / beginning of Feb 2017. We booked through Prestige Holidays who organised everything for us. We stayed in room 201 on the first floor, a Junior Suite. This is the only category of room where all of the rooms face the Pine Forest to the West. All the other categories...

A fine hotel in a great location for walking and other outdoor activity. Room was spacious and comfortable, front desk staff very helpful. Only anomaly was the piped 80s hits music in the dining room at both breakfast and dinner - an easy fix, turn it off!

My third stay here. The service is exceptional. The Spa is high quality. The restaurant offers very good value for money. An excellent location for exploring the surrounding mountain on foot while still only 45min drive to the coast.

Excellent SILENT hotel with spa and swimming lane to recover after trekking in the mountains. Close to Teide and a nice village. Clean air. Not the mass tourism place and you need to love SILENCE and calmness to go here. Great food. Even vegan with tofu etc! Very friendly staff. Clean and excellent rooms (we had a suite) with a...

Booked for one night, stayed two - would have returned for a third if Tenerife internet coverage had allowed. Says it all. Aside the excellent amenity of the hotel, the friendly, thoughtful and professional approach of the staff are the big draw. Relaxed luxury. Only possible slight quibble would be the value of the restaurant.

The hotel, which is in an interesting building in itself, is located in the small town of Villflor, on the slopes of Mount Teide, Tenerife's distinctive dormant volcano. The welcome was warm and helpful; our room, which overlooked nicely kept grounds, was cavernous, with an enormous bathroom and large balcony; and the service was friendly but also efficient. The hotel...

Beautiful, relaxing and romantic place. We really enjoyed the massage and the incredible spa. And after a wonderful dinner, the fireplace room made our experience simply perfect. We loved this hotel and we will definitely return one day. Very much recommended for couples and anyone who needs some time off in touch with the nature.
