We stayed here at the end of August 2020 for a few days in Tenerife before going over to Fuerteventura. We had originally planned to go to the water park but due to Corona it was closed down. So it turned out to be a perfect base for us to discover the local area of Los Gigantes. It’s a great hotel with parking just out the front. We were welcomed by one of the owners who explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The whole place is very clean and has a nice homely feel. It’s well decorated and has a great outside terrace area with comfy seats and shade. There’s also a hot tub and bbq area for when life returns to normal.
There is a shared dining area just as you enter the main door, with fridge, toaster, tea and coffee machine and a TV. There’s also a selection of leaflets for things to do etc.
Room and bathroom very clean. No TV in the room but not a problem if you have a tablet. Free wifi to connect these too. Fan if needed as well.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the couple that own it have really made it a nice relaxing and quiet place to stay. We were treated to some home made biscuits as well.
Coronavirus safe, with hand sanitisers around the building and in key locations where things are shared (Like the toaster and tea machine etc). Owners wore masks and kept their distance too.
We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in that part of the island away from the more touristy areas. The location is great for exploring with supermarkets and shops only 10 mins drive to the port area.

Nice couple of days at Casa Regina. Friendly owners. Comfortable room. Decent WiFi. Tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7.
Excellent breakfast - everything I needed and wanted to set me up for a day hiking. Worth the €7 extra. The home made bread, cakes and cookies are great!
Tamaimo is a sleepy place, but there’s one excellent restaurant close by and a supermarket.
There’s a path from the village to the Cruz de Los Misioneros which makes for a nice sunset walk (steep climb though!)

Casa Regina is amazing starting point for exploration of various faces of the Tenerife island. Matteo and Antonella an italian couple are running this house with love and care of every detail. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated using wood and stone. There is no place for anything made of plastic. The hosts are extremely helpfull and friendly. Most recommended.

Perfect place if you prefer to stay away from crowds. Great location- close to everything you need in Tenerife. Managed by very friendly and helpful Antonella and Matteo. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, calmness. Perfect breakfast with Antonella's cookies and cakes - we have just left but already mill so much the home atmosphere we met during our one week of stay at Casa Regina. Simply great!

Breakfast is awesome and for only 2.5 euros you can have an amazing time in a jaccuzi. I wish I had stayed my whole stay in tenerife there. Can't wait to come back! Thanks!

We stayed in Casa Regina for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much! The room (with balcony in our case) was great and the owners prepare nice tasty breakfasts in the morning.
Tamaimo is a nice central place to explore the western part of Tenerife, far away from all the crowded and ugly towns af the coast. After a long hike the jacuzzi on the casa’s terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Only point of attention is the fact that the number of restaurants in Tamaimo is rather limited :)

Not only the place is stunning, but the owners make you feel home, looking after you and your needs and making sure that everything is on point. You can see how passionate they are about providing an amazing experience to their guest as they take care of the little details and they have put a lot of personal touch in the whole "casa". I highly suggest this place, not only for the JACUZZI (with mountain and ocean view), but also for the high level of service, comfort and attentiveness they provide!! Also, Tamaimo is outside the touristic crazy routes so it's an amazing stop from the caos!

Good afternoon Dezzy123,
thank you for contacting Casa Regina Tenerife.
The B&B is 40 minutes from the south airport by car. You can rent a car or ask us to organize a tranfer.
Concerning the beaches, the nearest one (Los Gigantes) is 6km from Casa Regina. Normally people take a car, but there is a hike that goes to the beach if you like, and also a bus.
Thank you again!
Best regards,
Elisa

Gentile Diego,
