Apartment was spacious and clean. Well equipped for self catering. Separate bedroom and kitchen with breakfast bar. The only thing I didn't like was room was on end of building so had noise from side road from early in morning. Pool on rooftop is quite crowded but has wonderful views and a bar that serves snacks. Lifts give access to...

The staff here were really friendly and helpful but the entertainment at night is loud and resonates through the whole place oh and there is no parking available. Twice we had to park 10 minutes away. Also the cleaning staff have a tendency to leave the patio doors to the terrace open when they finish cleaning!

We booked with Bravo Tours into this mold-covered, wood-rotting, worn out room (which was supposed to be 2 bedrooms but we only got one, maybe a blessing because there was less room for all the roaches). Food = nausea. Sun was great, but we can't credit that to Vigilia.

Hotel nice enough with a budget. If you are looking for lots of fun and business then I would stay more Las Americas way as it is more quiet in Puerto Santiago. Nice and relaxing, staff not that friendly but are fine. Really good lady in the shops below who can sort out water park/boat trips for you.
