The staff was so kind and welcoming. The hostel is in a good location, close to the beach. The place is clean and they have a wide range of breakfast variations. I would recommend this place to everyone.

A hostel where you will feel at home and they will make you feel part of the family. Staff with the best vibes, very warm and personalized treatment. They recommend things to do and often invite you to joint activities and outings. The hostel is 200 meters from the beach and beautiful natural pools, you can snorkel, jump in the Devil's Puddle and watch movie-like sunsets. The area is quiet and very safe, and at night you have options to go out and have fun. I recommend you go check out the nearby bars, especially the karaoke and then dance at La Ola. Cool atmosphere, very rich breakfast, but uncomfortable to sleep as there are people who snore etc. It's okay, it's a hostel and not a 5* hotel. But people still pay for a service, even if it is minimal. I give 1/5 for the unprofessionalism of a Slovenian girl on staff who volunteers here. She does not know how to talk to customers (who pay) with a respectful and normal tone as a worker and site staff, it is unacceptable. Very unpleasant and disgusting person, what a shame it ruins how good this hostel and the work of others could be...

Beautiful hostel with a very warm and positive environment. Super friendly staff who make you feel at home :) The breakfast is good with many vegan options and the location is close to Playa Arena and convenient for visiting Los Gigantes.

I have been traveling with the Nest Pass through several Hostels and I loved each one better, it is amazing, highly recommended! A payment that allows you to move around the different Hostels of Nest and the truth, one does not know which one to choose, I wanted to go to everyone!
It is a very familiar place, I was treated great, special reference to Romina and Alejandro, next to the beach and a walk of the Giants and the facilities of the Hostel are very well, I love the terrace where we socialized with other travelers and there we did dinners several nights, organize activities and go dancing to Latin rhythms with live music.

I had a very good night, the hostel is in a small, very quiet family house, a few meters from the beach and the sunset. The staff were just lovely and really welcomed me with open arms. Breakfast included, very good and varied and the homemade gluten-free bread was a plus! 🥰

Telephone me contact the hosts and they tell me they understand and they will return me. They tell me the way I should do it and once they charge, customer service tells me they refuse to return.
