I was annoyed at check-in that they put a bracelet around our wrists that we had to keep on for the duration of our stay so that the staff could see that we have booked half board and not all inclusive. We booked a duplex room which had a sofa bed and shower on the ground floor and a bedroom with bath and balcony with seaview on the first floor. The room was nice with coffee and tea making facility and a small empty minibar refrigerator that did not cool properly. The bedding was made up by two bedsheets with a blanket sandwiched in the middle. This was stuffed tightly around the mattress sides by the cleaning service. Every evening when we tried to pull it out the sheet covering the mattress came out as well. And during the night the blanket often slipped out of the sandwich with the sheets and we had it on our skins which I found unhygienic. Unfortunately our duplex was directly under the party terrace so several nights we had to put up with loud music until 23 hrs from above. We had booked this hotel mainly for the big pools and just used the "quiet" pool where there were not so many children. It was nice and heated up to 27°C which we were told is the year round standard temperature. During our stay only one of the buffet restaurants was open. It was very big and had the atmosphere of an anthill. There was a good choice of food with some variation each day but in my opinion it was not very good quality. There were no 100% fruit juices so we ended up buying real 100% orange juice in small packs in the supermarket nearby and brought it with us for breakfast. The choice of fruits was good but every day the same. No mango or pineapple. In the morning there was sometimes a film of ice on the cucumber slices. The jam was just sweet without any distinct flavours and there were no signs of which bowl was supposed to be which type of jam. The bacon was flabby and not crispy. I could not find any good olives, just the artificially blackened type. The choice of cheese was very limited and I never found any Manchego cheese. There was no coffee/tea to go with the desserts in the evening. Two evenings we were allowed to eat at the Grill restaurant and Italian restaurant located between the pool areas. This had to be prebooked through the hotel app. As we had caught a stomach-intestine-virus we could not really enjoy these two evenings but it was nice to eat in a much quieter setting than the main restaurant. All in all I would not book this hotel again as it was too big for my preferences and it was too far away and above the ocean. If you wanted to walk to the beach or natural pools it was a long steep track back up to the hotel. We had a rental car but parking near the beachfront in Puerto Santiago is very limited. The hotel charges EUR 8,- per day for their parking so we parked on the side of the road near the hotel. Sometimes we had to walk 5 minutes to get to the car, sometimes we found a closer parking space. Next time we would try to find an accomodation in Alcala or Playa San Juan.

Dear CowgirlAtHeart, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback about your stay. We are sorry to hear that aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. Your insights are invaluable, as they help us identify areas where we can improve to provide a better experience for our guests. We understand your concerns regarding the bracelet system and appreciate your feedback about the bedding and room noise. We will review these points internally to explore more comfortable solutions for our guests. It’s unfortunate that the food quality and dining experience did not live up to your expectations. We aim to offer a diverse and enjoyable menu, and your comments regarding the buffet, fruit, and specific items like jams and cheeses have been noted. We are also sorry to hear about the virus you encountered, which affected your ability to fully enjoy your time at the specialty restaurants. We appreciate your feedback on the pools and the room facilities, and we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the quiet pool’s temperature and setup. However, we regret that the location and parking arrangements fell short of your preferences. Thank you again for your comments. Should you reconsider and decide to stay with us in the future, we would be delighted to welcome you back and provide a more seamless experience. Kind regards.

We stayed in this hotel a year ago and enjoyed it so much we rebooked it and enjoyed this years visit even more.
The hotel remains well maintained and clean in communal areas and looks quite impressive. Check in was efficient and friendly.
We stayed in I block which was at the quieter end of the complex, overall the rooms are spacious, modern and tidy but perhaps in places are getting ready for some updating/decoration i.e bathrooms but they are comfortable and cleaned well daily. Shower gel and soap is provided. The rooms consist of a bedroom and separate living room area all of which is air conditioned. The rooms have a TV, coffee machine and small fridge.
Overall we found the food to be very good and never struggled even as vegetarians although the labelling of food was hit and miss and needs to be improved, but we found staff happy to help when they were asked. A big improvement this year was being able to help yourself to wine instead of table service which now allows staff to get on with tidying the dining area instead of trying to service drinks too. Overall the redecoration and changes to the dining room were a big positive. It can be a little busy at times often with lots of young children but it didn't really cause too much inconvenience.
The evening entertainment was a definite improvement this year, Abba and Queen tribute, white party and a few good singers outside the bar. The bar is quite a nice area to sit out and relax, especially at sunset! We were all inclusive and the drinks were more than acceptable quality wise and we found the staff quick to get through the queues and quite helpful.
We never had any problems getting sun loungers, although we found the ones by the quieter pool to be more comfortable that the ones by the main pool some of which were in need of recovering as the material was sagging. The poolside restaurant was good for a snack although when started staff cleaning up they removed the serving utensils too early and I saw people using bare hands to grab food which is not ideal.
No issues with the pool bar again allowing you to get some drinks yourself saves time. Note cups are decent plastic with plenty of recycling drop off points dotted around so they can be used again, you are given a bottle to fill up water at the various water stations.
The little self service kiosk serving food is brilliant especially as it opened later and we used it almost daily.
We hired a car but hotel parking is an additional charge but we were able to get parked on the road just a five minute walk away no problems.
Not that much to do around Los Gigantes at night but we were quite happy with the hotel offerings and bar area.
Overall this a great resort which is very much family focused this year although travelling just as a couple was no issue. The hotel is not perfect but its pretty good with a few minor faults, we had a great second visit and would definitely return!!!

We stayed from 19th - 26th August 24 as family with 2 daughters age 7 & 5. We hired a car for the week (through a company called Sanasty) and picked this up from the airport. We arrived by 1.30, collected a key card for the car park (we paid for 7 nights for 56 euros) and parked the car. We then checked in, but our room wasn’t quite ready so we went to have some lunch in the buffet restaurant and left our bags in the luggage room by the reception. After about 45 mins we went back to collect our room key and went to our room. I had requested a room in block C on the top floor (I had heard to views were amazing - and they weren’t wrong!) We had room C318 and on first impressions we were very pleased, the room was clean, light and airy. Front room overlooked the quiet pool and had a lovely sea view and the main bedroom was at the back. The room looked a little tired but it didn’t affect our stay. However the pull out bed and sofa bed could do with a comfort upgrade! The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool (only works with all windows and door locked)! The hotel is constantly being cleaned, there are cleaners everywhere wiping down railings, cleaning floors, windows literally all day! Let alone the rooms - our cleaner we saw throughout the week cleaning the rooms within our block literally from 8.30am - gone 4.30! There are several pools, we enjoyed the quiet pool, the depth is 1.4m all over so this is something to bare in mind with smaller children but they can have noodles and arm bands / floating aids. The other big pool is classed as the noisy pool and this is where the day time entertainment happens along with the larger floats etc. this wasn’t our kind of feel so we didn’t venture to this pool. However i did hear it does get busy and sun beds fill up quickly here. But the quiet pool there were loungers available throughout the morning til about 10.30. The food - so much variety whether in the buffet restaurant or at the snack bar. We did experience a couple of uncooked products including the English sausage at breakfast and a burger at lunch time. After that we tended to stick to safe food just incase. But there’s always lots of meat options at the buffet restaurant at the evening meal! I did enjoy the Chinese night! If the buffet restaurant gets busy they open up the room across the way which offers the same food as the other. The puddings are some of the best I’ve had at an all inclusive resort. The entertainment was good, our daughters enjoyed seeing landi at the mini disco however didn’t understand much as a lot of it was in Spanish. We enjoyed the neon night and the carnival night was very good! We did enjoy visiting los gigantes on a few occasions and liked walked around the harbour and seeing the crabs! This is the first resort I’d happily go back to! So highly recommend!

We have just returned yesterday from a fabulous week’s stay. We have stayed before back in 2019 when it was a Holiday Village so it was nice to see the changes; and great changes they are. We had two suites- a Landi suite for myself, my husband and our 8 year old daughter and a duplex ocean view suite for my elderly mother in law and teenage son. The duplex worked well as they both had their own “floor” and bathrooms- ideal for teens to have their own area. We checked in at 1am and Daniel was amazing- really explained everything in detail. The Landi room for us was worth the extra money as we loved the location (near the slide pool) but also the breakfast was a lovely touch- with a Landi room you can have freshly made crepes brought to your table and freshly made smoothies. We did have the option to use our Landi green towels to reserve sunbeds around the main pool but we never did this. We preferred the quiet pool and was always able to get 5 sunbeds together at 9:30/10:00. No sunbed wars here which is refreshing. We did experience two “code browns” during our stay which blew my mind. I saw lots of babies in the quiet pool without any swimming nappies! I think if a lifeguard notices this too they must tell the family to remove the child and put a swimming nappy on, which the hotel provides free of charge. We ate at the Italian and Grill a la carte restaurants and enjoyed both of these. We preferred the Grill which was outstanding. You will never go hungry at this hotel as the snack restaurant is full of snacks all day such as nuggets, pizzas, pasta, hot dogs and burgers. The snack restaurant is by the quiet pool. There is also a little snack hut which offers fries, burgers, hot dogs etc near the main pool. We loved the paella and chicken kebabs at the snack restaurant too. There is also lots of lovely cocktails, slush drinks, beer and wine available. We visited the local beach, harbour and also the Thursday market at Costa Adeje. Our little girl had her braided in Adeje at the market and it looks fab. The walk back from the beach and harbour are savage so we got taxis back. Overall, this is a brilliant family hotel but I definitely wouldn’t stay without kids. It’s oriented at kids and ensuring families have a great time.

First il start with the room it was cleaned everyday 🙌 . The food was OK for the first 3 days then it went down hill. So went out to eat something I don't like doing Especially when I pay for all inclusive and Considering how much I paid for this holiday . My self and husband and 3 kids Where poorly the last couple of days and Management was told this yet they didn't come to see if any of us was OK they didn't even ask if any of us Especially my kids needed medical treatment . Just wow .
Day 3 at this hotel my family was in the swimming pool as was 3 other familys . It was open no longer that 10 minutes and some one had sh!t in it so then it was closed Absolutely vile and disgusting . If people knows there child have got a bad tummy then keep them out the pool so other family's can enjoy there holiday what cost alot of money
Some of the team that work there don't know how to talk to people Appropriately without being rude .
One night my self and family went back to are room and then we had a knock at the door it was a Security guard saying can you keep your Noise down people are complaining then I'm like wow really. The windows and doors was shut no one in my room made any noise because my kids was going to bed . All this man done was laughing while we was talking. So I laughed back and said now you can take your leave .
The list goes on and on Would we return NO chance
Take my advice and stay clear of this hotel and spend you money eles where

After a year, I can only reaffirm myself in my words.
Excellent treatment of all staff from reception at check in, to the waitress who cleans your room.
Cleaning every day. Common areas unpolluted for the number of customers they have.
Excellent food. Lots of variety. They have up to a vegan/vegetarian area and 2 snack bars that open daily. One of them has barbecue service and paellas at noon.
Top brand drinks within the all inclusive. Very good cocktails, with and without alcohol
After trying other family hotels, I can say that none is comparable to this: quiet location, spectacular views, facilities suitable for children and adults (very large spa to belong to a hotel and very reasonable prices), variety of activities (they have 2 mini discs, one at 19:30 and one at 20:15 so you can choose the one that best suits your dinner schedules with children).
You can also see all the reforms they have made, for the better.
Very good value for money.
We are looking forward to coming back!!
Greetings to the entire team of Landmar Costa los Gigantes!!🥰

We stayed for a week with a 2-year-old child, the hotel is spacious and very clean and well-kept, the location is good, with views of Los Gigantes and La Gomera. Very good option for traveling with children. The staff is very kind and friendly, although they made a mistake at reception and did not give us a bracelet to identify our diet, later we did not have the right one, but it was solved. Parking is available with an additional cost of €8. We booked the Landi Village room: it is spacious and well located. The only negative thing is the pillows, very uncomfortable. The buffet is varied and of quality in all meals. The a la carte Grill restaurant has very delicious food. I would suggest that in addition to the plastic plates, they have child-friendly cutlery and glasses. For Landi Village there is a reserved area at breakfast where they prepare smoothies and crepes, but the smoothie is always the same flavor and they put a lot of coloring in it. It has a spa with hours in which children over 4 years old can also access. There are many swimming pools and they are heated. There is also a splash park and zip lines. They give you water diapers for the children. In the pool slide area there is also an area reserved for Landi Village, but it is not controlled and whoever wants to go there. The entertainment throughout the day is great, for both children and adults.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel and had a great time.
We stayed in D block opposite the quiet pool which was a good location for us as we were based there for most of the week. We were also close to the snack bar and main dining halls.
Room was very spacious with x2 sofa beds in the lounge area for the kids. Air con worked well and no insects in the room. There was a fridge in the room with a bottle of Prosecco in on arrival (although it wasn’t a very cold fridge). Air con worked well and we had a x2 tv with a handful of UK tv channels in it.
The hotel complex is quite large with loads to do. We enjoyed the high ropes, volleyball and football pitches. Our kids weren’t keen on the arcade however it was always busy.
We really enjoyed the food with everyone finding something. The pool snack bar was really nice with chicken kebabs, burgers pizza etc. we ate at the Italian one night and all loved our food here (big portions too).
The drinks were all excellent and we particularly enjoyed trying the cocktails in the main bar area before dinner on an evening.
The subbed situation was not a problem- despite what I read before we arrived. The rules are simple - if you leave your towels on beds before 10am and disappear then your belongings are removed (Landi aside I believe). We were always able to get beds in prime positions at the quiet pool after breakfast (9.30/10) and even saw loungers free at this time at the main pool.
Speaking of pools the quiet pool was closed twice in our stay due to toilet accidents in the pool. Whilst this can’t be helped and is by no means the hotels fault I would suggest the lifeguards check that small children have the appropriate swimming nappies on with the same enthusiasm they have for stopping people playing with balls etc in the pool.
The resort had a well equipped gym with everything that you might need for a holiday workout.
The beach was about 10 minutes walk away whilst the Marina was 30mins. Taxis readily available if needed.
Some top tips - coffee wasn’t to my liking but the rooms have a dolce gusto machine - just ask the maids for extra pods or buy more from local stores if you like coffee.
Book you alacarte meals when you arrive as they book up.
Again book your shower in the spa if you have a late check out but do this 3-4 days before you go as it gets busy.
Overall a really enjoyable holiday.

I stayed here at the beginning of september with my mum, we arrived at around 11pm and was welcomed with sandwiches, juice and crackers we then were given a lift in a golf cart to our accommodation as we were in N block which was about a 5 minute walk to the main area, the golf cart drive was quite fun but make sure you hold as there are a few hills. My mum woke up around 730 every morning (which is her norm) reserving sun beds was not allowed unless you had the green towels which i belive family’s with children get if you upgrade, the breakfast was lovely with the option of being able to have a full english and freshly made pancakes after breakfast we would then sit at the sunbeds be ware that if you do try and reserve them before 10:30 am a member of staff does come round and collects them, we thought this was brilliant as it stops people reserving them whilst there out all day. Lunch at the snack bar was lovely with hotdogs, burgers, chips and pasta about 4 ish we do find that the food has gone abit stale, lunch time in the actual restaurant wasn’t for me as it was a lot of fish food so i did struggle as a picky eater same with tea time but there was always bread, chips and pasta. We didn’t watch the entertainment as we more enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks and watching the sunset there was also a jazz singer and a bartender who came out with premium gins (a bombay sapphire with tonic was 7 euros) inside the bar i had to pay 4 euros for a disarano and pepsi. The staff were very friendly especially the caretakers who always said hello, a massive thanks to them as they were amazing at cleaning the rooms every day, we were always welcomed to our room being spotless, on the first night i slept on the sofa as i found it comfortable and it was easier for me and my mum as i stayed up later, they noticed this the next day and made up the sofa for me into a bed which was brilliant. The rooms were very nice and spacious, our apartment had a bath/shower which i loved. A lovely view from our balcony.

This was our second visit to this hotel/resort we were here this time last year. What an amazing holiday from the time we arrived to the time we left we had an absolute brilliant time. We were a couple with no children with us . Our room /sea view suite was everything you could wish for always cleaned to a great standard , down near the quiet pool , you walk around this resort the grounds are kept to an amazing standard whoever is responsible for keeping it like this deserve a medal you will be hard pressed to find any litter anywhere always immaculately painted , trees shrubs flowers were a joy to look at. Food wherever you ate was amazing be it in the main restaurant , in the pool restaurants or the little booths dotted around which was a very good touch. Drinks also good help yourself was great in restaurant and the main bar was good also. The staff here work tirelessly to make sure you have a great time , and if anything you want just ask . This place is great for couples or family I found the children have a truly amazing time with all that’s going on for them . The entertainment at night was also good one night a DJ was playing everyone had a brilliant night. Well done from the top down we had a fabulous time . Weather was amazing. Not sure, our son’s landi room was on the first floor and the balcony was average size. The landi rooms are fantastic for young children our granddaughter was 20monggs when we went in November and she loved the tent and chalk board. We all enjoyed the holiday. We had a deluxe Seaview room on the ground floor and our balcony/ terrace was massive, enjoy
