Me and my friend have just stayed here for 7 nights. When we arrived we were happy with the way the hotel looked as we had read previews reviews and we're quite worried about coming to this hotel. When we arrived we weren't given much information on where anything was and we had to pay city tax which wasn't new news...

We stayed here for a week and have just returned. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor. Sat night food was fabulous! Chocolate fountains looked great. There were a few Spanish celebrations when we were there, so the place was bustling at the weekend. However, there were very few people staying at the...

My wife and I visited here for a break from the 2nd May to 9th May. This was our first time here and our decision turned out to be a great one. From the staff to the food to the facilities this was an excellent hotel. The staff from Lucía outwards were great they were pleasant and friendly they were...

Went as a family had 3 rooms next to each other. Rooms are very tired and dated. Cleaning not very good. Towels SHOCKING! Staff in restaurant, bars and animation team are excellent. Reception staff aloof. Food was OK but not much choice as not many people staying in the hotel. Myself and my family are not experts on star ratings...

We stayed for one week at Hotel Gran la Hacienda, the facilities are generally good and and the team members excellent. If you arrive in May don't be surprised to find yourself like us,sitting in an empty hotel with the ambience of a funeral parlour. With the weekday occupancy of approximately 12 guests out of a potential 850, the salad...

A fine establishment in my humble opinion. The staff were very polite, fluent in English and were there to answer any and all enquiries I made. As for rooms, they were very well maintained and had all the amenities you'd expect. Beds were a joy to sleep in and cleaned regularly. When it comes to facilities, the main swimming pool...

La Pineda is NOT Salou. There is some nightlife at the other end of the town near to the Waterpark and Pacha, but no plethora of English pubs and restaurants. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach is a good one, a lot better than that in Salou. We travelled as a family and...

Friendly staff willing to speak English, rooms perhaps a little dated but clean and functional, fare agreeable though meal times can be a little hectic. Swimming pool area excellent, bar staff keen to provide a good service. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Well done Gran Hotel La Hacienda.
