I have been staying at this hotel on and off for the last 4 or 5 years when I come up to Yorkshire to visit my daughter who lives near Ilkley and I haven't found anywhere better in the locality. The welcome is always warm and we are now treated as friends of the family who own and run the...

A good privately owned hotel. As others have mentioned a bit corporate/dated but and a Big but.... the staff are so very friendly and laid back. Nothing is a problem for them. All so cheery. Perfectly located for Saltaire. Price - very reasonable. Allow dogs. Slight negative or is it !?- whilst you are still standing at reception having signed...

The rooms and decor is a bit 'corporate' but that's the look that they have gone for and it works. Really comfortable bed, fabulously powerful shower and great breakfast with local produce. Friendly and...

Good location. Room was spotless with everything you need for a short stay. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good quality with a nice selection. Parking was snug but we all managed to get a place.

The rooms are a little corporate in some respects but always clean and comfortable. The showers are spacious and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is plentiful and freshly cooked to...

Stayed here for a weekend when going to a family wedding. From the moment you walk through the door you are treated like one of the family. The decor is simple and understated, which makes it feel so welcoming. Our room was very clean and had a wet floor bathroom with a waterfall shower! The staff were brilliantly attentive, without...
