Nothing very fancy but clean place. Nice service. Wifi was terrible and never got it working. Breakfast was continental. Lots of lounges and a nice out door terrace. Good central location. Pillow are thin and hard as was the mattress.

We spent one night here in June 2016 as a family of 4. We had a suite for my husband and I and twin 13 year old girls. The girls slept on sofa beds that were appropriate but not the best. The room was crowded with the beds open. Our room was comfortable but small. It was nice to be...

We arrived into Spello without any bookings. Our welcome and gracious support from the staff at this hotel was to be commended. We stayed 3 nights and had a beautiful time here. Spello in historical medieval hill top village which is covered in the beautiful aroma and vision of a multitude of flowers and gardens. So pretty. Palazzo Bocci is...

Palazzo Bocci provided a generous room with view of the main street out front window and beautiful little balcony with table chairs and vast view over the country side out the back. Staff were very helpful and car parking with a free permit provided was very close. A lift was provided and not too many internal stairs. Breakfast was continental...

More expensive, but we had a private patio that had a great view facing northwest. The toilet seat was loose, and they gave us a wrench; however, that did not completely address the problem. That said, the staff were excellent, and they helped us make restaurant reservations on the days of the Flower Festival - which is quite a feat;...

A small hotel in a very old building with comfortable rooms and a high level of customer service. The view outside the hotel window is the old town with the country side in the distance. Absolutely beautiful. Great restaurants nearby and near Assisi and other Umbrian towns.

This is a lovely villa turned hotel. The common rooms are quite beautiful. The terrace, is a magnificent respite from a day of walking. The rooms are very clean, and the bathrooms well appointed. It is located in a convenient area of Spello. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff was very helpful, even calling some of the shops...

The hotel is a converted 17th Century with some striking frescoed public rooms which absolutely set it apart from the a regular hotel. I enjoyed my spacious room which had a good bathroom. There was an elevator, but unsurprisingly (given the nature of the building), there were a few steps to carry bags up. Parking was easy in a public...

We have stayed at Palazzo Bocci several times and love both the hotel and the town of Spello. The hotel is full of character and atmosphere. It is not a new hotel, but that is it's charm. The rooms are all different and you are never quite sure exactly what the what the room will be like, but it will...
