Claviere is a lovely little town, tiny but nice. The slopes are very nice, if a bit small. The Hotel is nice, good rooms and very clean. All inclusive is great for standard drinkers after 4.30. The food was pretty lackluster bit they have a Buffett that you can just pick at if nothing takes your fancy! Everyone that works...

As far as the room is concerned, the beds were very comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and we had a balcony although shared with another room or two. The food was great bearing in mind this was not the most expensive hotel. It's not lobster and caviar but the pasta / poultry/ meat/ vegetables/ whatever were excellent and...

I was part of the group in the previous report and could only add that this hotel was certainly not as bad as some of the reports we read before our visit. The hotel was not noisy but some of the guests were, when arriving back from nights out or having loud family 'discussions'. The staff were friendly, pleasant and...

Right... The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff are ALL very friendly. The rooms are ok, smallish, and quite dated, they need a freshen up, maybe some new curtains, but they have flat screen tv's. The shower rooms are very clean, and the showers are powerful and always had lots and lots of hot water. Now... The...

I organised a trip for 6 ladies, on 28th February. We arrived and were promptly given our wristbands and keys for our rooms. The rooms were all on the first floor and beside each other as requested so we were happy. Each room had good views and was big enough and had reasonable storage and hooks on the wall to...

This was our 4th trip to Claviere. The rooms are clean and tidy, and lovely hot showers. Nick and Emma the Crystal reps could not have been more friendly and helpful and always smiling and laughing. The childcare team were absolutely fantastic, especially since my son is rather loud and talkative (Jon), and he had a brilliant time😄. The hotel...

Half term week with teenagers. Positives were: very friendly staff, nice size rooms, cleanliness, hot shower. Reps Nic and Emma were lovely, helpful and kind. Skidoo trip to mountain restaurant great fun, though you can book this individually also without going as a group. Hotel could be noisy but by 10'or 1030 all quiet which was fab but that could...

We have been regulars to the Hotel Grande Clavier for several years due to the excellent childcare, transfer time, good food and great skiing. However this year Crystal fell short in most aspects. On arrival to Turin we had a torrid time waiting for our bags, it took longer for our bags to travel 500 yds from the plane than it...

Just couldn't fault this hotel. Its a 3 star hotel and this is reflected in the price but it represents fantastic value for money. It is well located with easy access to the slopes and the small town. The rooms were clean and very warm at all times and a days skiing was topped off with a lovely hot shower....

Leased to Crystal, this hotel is run for British guests. Positives first: clean and adequate room with great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Heated ski room. Negatives unfortunately outweigh the positives. Noise! Food! Hard floors and low ceilings throughout the hotel make it incredibly noisy. The public rooms are too small for the number of guests so the dining room...
