I found the manager very pleasant with nothing being a problem.

The room itself was on the ground floor which was great because I can’t do stairs atm. The manager accomodated me with my request.
The room was Very spacious. Little on the dark side though. Carpet was stained in places. Bathroom was a great size but dated.
Bed was very comfortable and house keeping was excellent.
Parking was fantastic.
Hotel was in the same area so it was a very short walk to there restaurant plus it had a drive through liquor department.

We stayed here on numerous occasions when an early trip to the airport was required.
Everything is neat and tidy and is adequate for a comfortable stay.
Nearby is the" Narry" pub which has excellent meals and is good value.

Perfect for an early start.
Close to pub and restaurants.
Clean and affordable.
Basic amenities catered for.
Great views out of window of the pool if only it had been summer.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. You can park close to your room although ask for ground floor if you don't want to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. The rooms were very quiet even with the hotel next door and large trucks using the road behind. Free wifi and movies and a very clean pool. We stayed 4 nights and it was pretty much full each night. There is a continental breakfast but we opted for a 20 minute walk to the shopping center. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel next door, and there is also a new Pakistani restaurant next door Baaris Grill which was excellent, plus there is plenty of deliveries available from nearby. I found the old decor relaxing and it was all very clean and the gardens were well looked after. Our children live nearby and we will definitely stay here when we visit WA again.

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights in Feb 2014 and just loved it. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all modern amenities including free wi-fi. All rooms have air conditioning. Ours worked beyond great....it almost got too cool at times. Some reviews say the Inn is a bit dated, but I rather call it country: the sink and bathtub/shower tub faucets, for instance, are made of old fashioned porcelain and just lovely. The rooms have French doors opening to the lush and well maintained courtyard with a cleaner than clean swimming pool. Even though it is located close to downtown, there is only the sound of birds and the gurgling of the swimming pool filtering system that disturbs the healing peace and quiet. There is an excellent restaurant right next door for lunch and dinner at one side and a quaint breakfast restaurant in the Pioneer Village at the other side next door. Both can boast on good food for a fair price with excellent service. Especially the breakfast place was 5 star customer service!!

Staff in the hotel is super friendly and willing to accommodate. Parking is right outside your door and there is plenty of it.
Both my husband I regretted that we had to move on to the city and leave the Heritage Country Inn. It was/is at the top of our list of the hotels we stayed in while visiting Perth and Sydney. You just can't beat an Inn with comfortable beds, spacious, very clean rooms, well functioning amenities, free wifi, country character in a very positive way, peace and quiet and super pleasant personnel. We have vowed to return to this hotel in Armadale when visiting Perth rather than staying in the city. Thank you for making our stay in your Inn so incredibly relaxing!

Rooms are very tired and in desperate need of upgrading. Power points in the bathroom are hanging off the wall and many tile on the walls and floor are chipped.
Wifi offered is non existent unless standing outside the office.
The whole site is noisy from the road and the adjoining hotel.

We stopped in for the night after a big weekend camping in the hills when we couldn't face driving home without getting some sleep.

On the booking and at check in we asked for a quiet room.

I think our definition of quiet must be different to theirs! We were put in a room facing Albany Highway and the back of the Narrogin Inn on one side, and the pool on the other.

Between the pool pump noise, the cool room motors from the Inn, the road noise and noise from other guests I have rarely slept in a noisier motel room.

The room itself was clean and modernised. The free WiFi was fast enough for reading email and surfing the web.

The bathroom had been retiled several different times in different styles for a total of four different periods and colours of tiles showing. And some of the tyling was very amateurish. At least one of those dreadful shower baths had been removed, so it was very spatious in the shower.

I booked a suite for the night before my wedding as it was a great location from my venue. The owners were absolutely lovely and added a wonderful welcoming gift and card for my wedding. The room was clean and well presented.

I also advertised to my guests to stay at the hotel as well and they were all very pleased. My sister commented that her ground floor was renovated and lovely, beautifully clean, and my mum said it was the most comfortable bed she had slept on!

Thanks guys :)

We booked over the phone as suggested by the owner to get a better deal. Not much difference. Room smelt badly of stale smoke which even my kids disliked. We tried to air the room out but made no difference. Couldn't get the heater to work even after following the instructions. Only a thin quilt on the bed with no spare blankets mading it a cold night. Ten sheets of loo paper left on the roll, with the top sheet having what looked like black make up smudge marks on it. We were woken up many times during the night by people outside or next door. Firstly by a group catching up outside our bedroom door, baby crying then shreeching in the room next door. Not much mgt can do about that but not happy being woken up by someone in the next room going for a pee. Got to hear every dribble.
On a positive note, staff were polite and courteous over the phone and upon check-in.
