We stayed in Vivier for 2 nights, we had a pleasant moment, the house is delightful, the Cote de Nacre room is tastefully decorated. Marie and Pascal gave us warmfull welcome and made a fuss of us during the whole weekend. We strongly recommend this B&B which moreover is at 5 minutes from the beach, in a typical little Normand...

We stayed in le vivier whilst traveling thru Normandy and were blown away by the detail , care , and intimacy of the place. We would highly recommend others to stay here at lion sur mer and staying that little bit out of Caen in this beautiful village. Transport into town is only 20 min drive or the local bus...

We had a wonderful time during our short trip to Normandy in Le Vivier. The room on the 3rd floor was very clean with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was well prepared and very enjoyable. A nice surprise have been our two new canine friends Apple and Cachou.

It was a wonderful stay! We were there for four days while we toured Normandy. Marie and Pascal were lovely hosts, who opened up their beautiful home and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are lovely, and the breakfast delicious with homemade treats. Have to mention Stephan too, for his help in making/serving breakfast.😋 Thanks Marie and Pascal, we...

We stayed at Le Vivier for 6 nights. Our host, Marie, was very knowledgeable of points of interest and was well prepared with maps and local stories including the history of the Manor House where we stayed. We felt very welcome, as both of our hosts were gregarious and warmly friendly. Breakfasts were amazing, home prepared dishes made from fresh...

The room was perfect; spacious, light, and full of antique furniture and prints. We had our own bathroom across the hall. Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room, the table adorned with fresh flowers and antique glassware. The food was delicious; as well as home-made preserves to go with the croissants and bread, there was a special sweet thing...

I booked this B&B as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. We had originally intended to travel via the Eurotunnel from Calais, but with all the troubles, we decided to take the ferry instead. What a lovely surprise to find that the B&B is less than 30 minutes from Caen! The chateau was easy to find, isn't too far...
