Stayed in this beautiful chateau for 2 evenings with friends - both bedrooms were beautifully decorated and we all felt that we had arrived in a special place - we were made most welcome and felt at home - within easy walk of the market and restaurants we certainly are like kings- we opted for the breakfast on both mornings...

This is a nicely renovated french chateau. The B & B is run by a family, who also lives there. Very nice people and service! The rooms are clean and modern, but still in "chateau style". The location is walking distance to Juno beach, where the Canadians landed on D-day. from here you can easily drive to the other spots...

Our family been staying in many hotels all over the world in the past 12 years, this place is among the best. Warm and welcoming, royal and simple, amazing - we all slept like Kings and Queens Princes and Princesses. If Wifi is the most important, get a life - it is available but you might consider exploring the history...

we stayed for a weekend, which i don't think was long enough as we were busy out sight seeing! we are regretful that we didn't have enough time to look around the chateau its self as it is beautiful. we woke both mornings to a beautiful view outside after having slept so well in our comfortable bed. we asked for...

This was a 'find' when we were looking for accommodation in the area. It is a chateau which the current owners have retuned to habilitation after it was in some respects ruined during the war. The rooms are well laid out, the breakfast is worth having just for the dining room alone. I would recommend this to anyone, it was...

Very impressive building in nice grounds. We stayed in a superior room which was very comfortable with a large, modern bathroom. Breakfast is a bit bland with just a croissant, cold meat and some cheese, also rather pricey at 10 euros a time. The hosts are friendly and helpful . There is some road noise if you have windows open but it's...

We spent a night at the Chateau in early April. The house is stunningly beautfiul. Our room was upstairs to the left, overlooking the front garden/driveway of the house. The room was enormous with high ceilings and all the amenities. Very tasteful and elegant. Lovely modern bathroom. Our hostess is charming! The breakfast available the next morning was excellent with...

Enjoyable stay in nice period style accommodation. Nice friendly hosts who keen to share the history of the chateau. Breakfast has a good selection of meats cheeses and pastries as well as reasonable selection of warm drinks. We had a good stay here and the owners were happy to recommend local dining establishments. The only caveat I would give is a...

We got lost on the way there (first trip to France) and while the adventure afforded some lovely discoveries, we were exhausted by the time we arrived, soaked to the gills due to unrelenting rain all day. Our hosts were waiting for us, ready to help us get comfortable. They have done a fabulous job of restoring this chateau. Our...

Fantastic location. The chateau was beautiful. Very convenient for restaurants and visiting locations such as Bayeaux and pegasus bridge . Great value would stay there again Just needed a few extra touches to reach perfection such as little bottles of bath oil and water in fridge
