Small bedroom with an even smaller television..door was hard to pull open due to no door handle, you had to grab the lock to open the door. Bathroom towels were like sandpaper, dried on line and not soft. Curtains were cheap see through type and did not block out any light, overall the accommodations were over priced and very basic..beer...

I had a super time at the Crosskeys. I stayed one night as I was going to a party in Usk. After a 200 mile drive coming to this place was heavenly. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, full length mirror, and litle touches like a basket of hair appliances on the stairwell windowsill. As Nicki the landlady said, 'you always forget...

Stunning Olde Worlde pub with accommodation. Superbly cooked Breakfast All Meat from A.S Jones Butchers in Raglan. Nicki was our host and was approachable, friendly and really good fun. Recommended for a Rugby stopover AAAA++++

Stayed here for the night after going to the 6 nations. A warm welcome. Comfortable clean room. Lovely Welsh breakfast. Shame not here for longer. Car parking behind the pub. Nice patio at the side. Hairdryers, iron, hot brush, straighteners all provided. Sports on TV.

We visited as a family, on a Saturday afternoon in Feb 2017. It was a Six Nations rugby day, so the pub was shortly expected to be very busy without our large group of 16 adults and children. However, we were warmly welcomed, and the landlady and her staff did her best to accommodate us all. We only ate from...

My husband and I called here for Sunday lunch. Walked in and only one person there at about 1.15. Ordered lunch which was beef with plenty of veg - broccoli, carrots, parsnips, potatoes boiled and roasted. Not much atmosphere as only one other customer in the pub which, working in the pub trade myself, thought was a bit strange but...

Popped out for an impromptu lunch and decided to call into the Cross Keys as always said we wanted to visit, and never have...so glad we did. Handy car park round the back, fabulous service from a really charming lady behind the bar, a really nice "light bite" meal (2 courses for £7, ideal for smaller appetites but loads of...

Stayed here the first week of December during Usk's Christmas festival. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The pub is lovely with a gorgeous open fire. It felt very festive! Will definitely be back. We booked through booking.com and there was a mix up with our...
