Although I was actually staying at the hostel, I felt quite welcomed and comfortable in the lobby and restaurant. The food looked divine and the view is incredible. On top of that, I desperately needed help with a phone call and the manager interrupted his work to assist me. He and his staff really went the extra mile for me....

This is a wonderful place to stay and a good base from which to explore fabulous Las Torres del Paine. All my guides were wonderful, particularly Guillermo Munoz. And my hat is off in particular to the superlative Valentina Ciol, a talented young woman who oversees everything. BTW, the food in the restaurant is superb, particularly the lunches. All in...

We were very comfortable in room 47 (one of two suites) in the new block with a mountain view. As independent travellers we were initially put off by the preponderance of groups but that didn't in any way impinge on our stay. We appreciated the all inclusive offer and the hotel's transfers from Puntas Arenas airport and on to our...

The room was small and spartan but warm, same can be said of the bathroom. We ate in the bar area a couple of times as we'd heard the restaurant was poor value for money. Food was fine, service slow. It's very cosy to sit by the roaring fire with a drink and a game of scrabble. Poor breakfast buffet,...

Stayed here for 3 nights on all inclusive package. Well worth as it includes everything except premium wines and food but there's plenty of choice without that (great range of styles and flavours between snacks in bar and full restaurant) Spa is also extra but u get 35% discount. Excursions included are various and well organised. We did 3 hour...

Spent 3 nights at the hotel on a standard bed and breakfast basis. We had booked a Lenga room in the oldest part of the hotel so not sure what to expect despite the premium price charged. We were pleasantly surprised as the bedrooms and bathroom had recently been modernised to a good standard and while not particularly large, the...

Thanks for your comments T-SGlobetrotters. We are happy to hear that you had a good stay. I agree with about “the breakfast being one of the best offerings…” our Chef is always looking to have a great selection of taste and nutritious dishes for our guests. Also thank you for stating that “in view of the location and facilities offered...

I can recommend Las Torres Hotel highly. Staying inside the park is preferable, because of the distance (120 km) from Puerto Natales, the nearest town. Las Torres Hotel is an excellent choice because, if you purchase the all-inclusive package, you can get transportation from El Calafate or Punta Arenas. Your other choices are to drive or take the bus, and,...

Overall the Hotel Las Torres is a very nice option in Torres del Paine area, hosting perhaps the most comfortable accommodations in the area for those wishing to easily experience the park from a fixed base. We recommend it for anyone not wishing to bunk up in a refugio or rough it in a tent. We discussed at length whether...

We stayed here for three nights all inclusive. This included the trips as well as food. It's a great place to stay, food in restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous trip to Greys glacier and the packed lunch was an amazing picnic with fresh fruit, cheese cakes and wine with real glasses....

We went there without knowing what to find. The place was great, the staff fantastic and for what we wanted the all inclusive worked great. The excursions were good and you had different levels from which to choose. The good was good with a good selection of wines and the bar and live music super!!
