I would always call the hotel and ask the manager and not ask a guest and you could spend time and money to arrive and not be allowed to use it based on a traveler's answer. Always call the establishment as you get the correct information

We are delighted to let you know that the weather in Torres del Paine is notoriously changeable. We would highly recommend bringing suitable clothing for all seasons, though particularly be sure to include windbreakers and protective gear wherever possible. In December, you may expect an average daytime temperature of 7 - 19°C / 45 - 66°F. We recommend dressing in layers, with comfortable walking shoes for excursions and a waterproof jacket to hand for any rainy moments. You should prepare for wind, sun and showers, as you never know what the day will bring! Take a look at our suggestions regarding clothing to help you prepare for your trip: Dress in layers: The first layer should include a thermal vest, trekking socks and comfortable underwear. The second layer should include trekking pants and a polar fleece. The third layer should include a thick fleece and a windproof jacket. The weather is always changeable. It could be warm and sunny, it could be wet. The weather changed dramatically from hour to hour when we were there in April which is Autumn. My advice is to take layers including waterproof trousers. You do need back packs but walking poles are provided. There is a shop at the hotel with a good selection of outdoor wear. Take your swimsuits as the pool is glorious! I am sure you will have an unforgettable time - I would love to go back.
