We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The small room was worth maybe $30-40 per night, but definitely not $250 :( The first day it was warm in the room, but next two days very freezing. We felt the ever present tendency to drag money out from everybody. Poor dinner for $35, laundry service like $7 for one T-shirt etc....

Considering the costs in the Park are even higher this might be a alternative solution. 700€ for 3 nights in a pretty small 3 bed room is anyaway to much. Dinner is 50€ Buffett and not worth it. Location it self is very nice.

This is one of the most enjoyable ways to get back to nature. The hotel has everything -lovely rooms with fantastic views of the mountains, food that is to write home about, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff and the activities are well thought out, if you want to be very active or just go at a slow pace that is...

The hotel is a bit of a captive market as there is nothing else nearby so you get what you are given - the dinner was fine buffet style, a little expensive but then everything is brought into the camp, the location is amazing and I stayed 3 nights to take advantage of the national park and river boat trip...

Firstly the positives: it's decent value for TdP, and the vistas are stunning, with the rooms good enough complete with a rather short bath. The location is good, the staff are generally interested and pleasant, the lounge area is nice with free hot drinks and it's a good place with your own car. However, there are some serious problems: the...

We spent only 1 night there and we wanted to stay so much more! First, the staff is great, very clear and helpful. Then, the location of the hotel is just amazing. From the room, we had the view on the Torres del Paine like a giant panoramic post card in front of us, just magical!!!! The breakfast is very...

I've only spent one night here so far but I feel compelled to report one serious problem. It seems that one central heating system applies to the whole complex. Also, there is no way to control the radiators inside individual rooms. The upshot is that when the heating kicks in - seemingly regardless of the (currently mild to warm) outside...

The hotel is located in the Park. The rooms are big enough. Bathroom, there is room for approvment, small and uncomfortable. The breakfast is not reach enough and the service there is unkind and slow.

The main PRO for the Hotel del Paine (also known as the Cabanas Del Paine) is the location. It's a short 10 minute drive to the Torres del Paine National Park, and we definitely took advantage of our close proximity during our two night stay. The Park was awesome, and after doing the 7 hour Mirrador Las Torres and the...

The view from this place is amazing! We looked at several places around the park and we are very glad we picked this one. I don't believe any of the other hotels have a better view. The accommodations themselves are nothing fancy but it is clean and the staff could not have been nicer. I had great conversations with the...
