Its close to the entrance of the park, has an amazing restaurant with a menu that changes every night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi was ok in the main office but you are in the middle of nowhere so don't expect super fast Wifi. The staff at the front desk are very helpful, the local tourist information guy was...

The hotel is in a fantastic setting just outside the park with an amazing view of the mountains. Our room was basic, somewhat dated , with a smallish bouncy bed which was all ok. It is let down strongly by the overpriced evening buffet which is attacked by large hoards of bussed in guests. Get in early if you want...

Hotel del Paine has to have one of the most stupendous views of any hotel in the world. And it is located on the banks of a beautifully meandering river, in an isolated valley only 20-miles or so from the Pacific fiords of southern Chile. Everything about the location is perfect, but to be fair the hotel doesn’t ‘quite’ match...

I have never met worse hospitality professionals in my traveling years. Both of the receptionists ( I think their names were Jan and Lorreta (?)), must be re-positioned somewhere they will not have to deal with customers. Their arrogance and bad manner ruined our stay in this hotel, for me and my fellow travelers. One evening our entire block of...

This hotel is located in Torres del Paine National Park surounded by beautifull hills and the view is astonishing. In the morning I saw few rabbits jumping in the courtyard The dinner was very good and tasty, and the staff very helpfull and polite, trying to solve every problem. The room I got has a view to the Torres del...

I'm not sure where other people are used to staying, but for a traveler that loves to back pack, travel off the beaten path, and understands the logistics of the area, it was a great place to stay! As another reviewer mentioned, it seems like you would want to stay in the park when first researching and planning a trip...

Similar to any other hotels this is incredibly overpriced. The rooms are solid but rather old. The walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbour loud and clear. We haven't checked out the dinner but it seemed overpriced and hence, we went to the bar at Rio Serrano. The view in the morning is breathtaking! Breakfast is alright...

In addition to being a cozy cabin hotel with wonderful views, it had the best customer service. We had to leave the park 1 day early due to unexpected injury. Hotel del Paine was very accommodating and helpful in moving our reservation 1 day sooner. The setup is there are four separate units per one cabin building, and each cabin...

I found sorting through lodging options for Torres del Paine extremely confusing and frustrating. There's not a lot of good info online on what is what and the lay of the land, so making a choice is hard. Now having been there I totally get it! I initially wanted to stay inside the park itself (this hotel is like a...

Terrible 5 km stretch to the hotel. Only go if you have an off-road vehicle. Dinner is expensive at 37 usd per person & yet was not good. Better to stay in centre of the park. The park is beautiful though & worth going back again.
