This is the third year in succession that we have made Almohalla 51 our summer holiday destination. We are completely enamoured of the place - and you can read the 2 previous reviews submitted by ourselves to see why (and those submitted by hundreds of other enchanted guests if you think we are guilty of hyperbole). We don't do repeat...

Myles and David are perfect hosts! They have the most beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel that was a perfect home for our stay. They provided a personal touch to breakfast and gave very good advice about restaurants and places to go locally, complete with street maps. We would definitely go back!

Excellent hosts, great breakfast, beautifully decorated in keeping with traditional style yet extremely comfortable and stylish and a lovely 2 min walk in to town which was great with lots of lovely little restaurants and very friendly locals. Oh....and a great plunge pool and relaxing sunbathing spot on the roof. Couldn't have asked for more, we will be back for...

In many cases the website of an accomodation shows a much better picture than reality. In case of Almohalla51 this is not the case. You get what you see and even much much more, as the hospitality of the owners and the taste of the delicious breakfasts cannot be pictured. This is what you can only experience while you are...

We stayed at Almohalla 51 as a base to explore the Andalusian countryside and some of the less-touristed areas, but Almohalla ended up being an attraction in itself! Myles and David are lovely, and were incredibly responsive even before we arrived. They are very knowledgable about the area, and suggested several day trips based on our interests. Almohalla itself is...

We spent three great nights at Almohalla51. Archidona is a lovely hillside Spainish town where very few people speak much English but are welcoming and loved it when we tried to speak Spainish! Almohalla 51, owned and lovingly cared for by David and Myles, is a small, characterful B&B within very close walking distance to the town centre but up...

We stayed at Almohalla 51 for a week for some well needed R&R. David & Myles our hosts were fantastic and completely at ease to leave you uninterrupted to enjoy their special place. The attention to detail in the interior capture the essence and traditions of the local Andalusian properties perfectly. One would expect to see in an edition of...

We discovered Almoholla51 when reading about 'The Road Less Travelled'. A perfect spot to explore the White Towns in this rural region; yet only 50-minutes drive from the bustling port town of Malaga. Myles and David are charming hosts, warm and friendly and ready to provide assistance with day trips around this interesting region. They know all the best places...

As mentioned by almost everyone, David and Myles are the most brilliant hosts. We booked the whole place out with some friends for a long weekend. Before we arrived David and Myles had booked restaurants for us all to have dinner on the Friday night. On the Saturday we had a delicious BBQ cooked by the lads. The house itself...

I spent 4 nights here with 7 girlfriends, we booked all the rooms in Almohalla 51 as we felt it wouldn't be fair on other guests if we got too noisy. A wise move! As all previous reviewers have said, Myles & David are fantastic hosts. We were all made to feel so welcome in what felt like guests in...
