The bar/restaurant has daily special board with several choices of mains /starters & sweets.Service and portion sizes are excellent and the countryside location makes for a superb venue.Highly recommended for families and couples searching for an economical but great value meal and drink.

Greeted and served by polite and un-intrusive staff who were always happy to help with whatever you wanted. Food was lovely and well priced, classic pub dishes...

Had a great Sunday lunch. Plenty of potato, veg and lovely Yorkshires. The meat is great and you get a lot of it! My partner loved it. It was quiet when we visited so we had a really relaxing time. Will definitely be back to try the pie! And thankyou to the staff for being so friendly and accommodating.

We visited the woolpack with friends on a mid week evening for a pub meal. The pub has apparently been rescued and re opened after a long period of closure. The extensively refurbished pub is very warm and welcoming, it's quiet mid week but no doubt this will change as word gets around how good it is. The offered menus...
