Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A great surprise to come across in TAK. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast is basic buffet with toast, spreads, fried rice, one curry, rice porridge and fresh fruit. The gardens are beautifully kept and the pool is a good size.

The staff were so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond.

A great hotel when transiting through Tak.

It located on Asia Highway, location is ok, need a vehicle to go to the city. Nearby has not many things to do.
Room is spacious, and still in an Ok condition. Staffs are nice and attentive.
Large car park. Quite fine breakfast.
Outdoor swimming pool for kids and family.
Wifi available but not stable connection.

I did not expect this style hotel in Tak. The rooms are large and the whole set-up is nicely done. Friendly staff completes the good experience. The hotel itself is not that old and I hope that they do a proper maintenance so that it will maintain its standard

The place is looking a little run down the deluxe room was average and the bed was a small queen a lot of the furniture had the paint rubbed of it. There is a pool and the aircon works a lot of insects around the hotel of a night but no fly screens.

Excellent newly built property to Western standards.
Spacious room with balcony, very comfortable bed, very well maintained property.
Breakfast was terrific with several choices - both Thai dishes and western dishes and fruit.

An impressive building set back around 100 metres from the main 'Route 1' between Bangkok and the far north of the country, it is an ideal place for a break of journey. The room was both clean and comfortable; the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Plenty of free parking and access from/to 'Route 1' is fairly easy. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, though not 'spectacular', and served in a separate 'on-site' building around 100 metres from the main hotel (wear dark glasses if it is sunny as everything around is 'bright white' and there is quite a bit of 'glare'!). Located on the northern edge of Tak, it is only a 4 or 5 minutes drive into the town centre where there are bars and restaurants.

We have private business in Tak, and that is the reason why we are on regular visits in Tak during the last 5 year. We have been in various other hotels before in Tak, when we found the White House Hotel. It looked impressive, nice and attractive architecture. In the center of this complex is a middle size pool. Everything was clean, in good condition and maintained (incl. the rooms). We stayed 1.5 days of total two days in this nice location, when at 11pm the “demolition team” arrived, which woke us up with loud shouting, talking, kicking against the doors and whatever come into their way.
Reason of this noise was the arrival from a teenaged tour group (100-150 person) with three tour bus. While one part of group run through the building, another group jumper bawling into the pool. We did not see any supervisory person to get hold on this reckless behavior, nor did we see any hotel staff taking care about this. We complained to the front desk and received a useless excuse.
Sum up: we are very disappointed that this could happen. We may would never come back and would not recommend this hotel, as they do not care about valuable customer.

The White House Hotel is a new hotel in Tak, Muang or city of Tak. The room was clean and comfortable nothing fancy but suitable for upcountry accommodations. The shower is not fully closed; so, the water splash outside the dry area. The front receptionist were helpful and willingness. The hotel provides buffet breakfast. Ample outdoor parking.

Normally we pass TAK and stay in Viangtak but when we saw this hotel we decided immediately to go there, nice friendly staff, super clean white rooms and amazing swimming pool, worth a visit! Great breakfast and also Thai massage available in separate building. We'll be back!

I stayed there 1 night due to our friend's wedding in town. The hotel is only but does lack of facilities.

There was no bellboy services and no elevator. We had to carry our own luggages up to 3rd floor on our own. It's full services hotel!!! Reception told us to carry the luggage to the our room on our own when we asked them for help. I'm not going back for sure.

The room is small with not many facilities. The hotel serves breakfast but the taste is so so.
