I stayed with Ms Grahame for 10 nights in May 2013, and from the minute I walked through the door till the day I left, I had a most enjoyable stay, from the welcome nothing was of any troble for this lady, my room, the food (wow!!), and the small things like, taking the time to have a quick chat...

We really enjoyed our two nights here in the care of Miss Graham's warm, friendly, and gracious hospitality. She has been operating this B & B for 50 years and has made the place her own. Filled with her wonderful collections of Victorian artifacts, tapestries, and needlepoint copies of famous paintings, all set off by Victorian wallpapers and woodwork, we...

The location is great, quite near the ferry and train, restaurants, etc. We were greeted upon arrival by Agnes, who was wonderful to us throughout our stay, very welcoming, she really made us feel at home. The decor is 100% Victorian, and beautifully done, which we enjoyed very much. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious and well appointed with anything...

This was our second time staying at this wonderful House. One of the best B & Bs we have stayed in and, we have stayed in several. Miss Graham is so welcoming and accommodating. It must cost her an arm & a leg to heat her period, fabulously furnished HOME. It was never cold, on the contrary. Beautifully furnished with...

The house was dreadful. The decor needs a complete revamp, tapestries and embroideries hanging everywhere, stuffed dead animals on display - scared the...

After staying at the manor my eyes was opened to too much clutter in every room i went in. The beds in room 7 were to close to the sloping ceiling and if you tried to sit up or turn round in the night you had to be careful not to bang your head all the time. The blue bathroom...

Agnes Graham G, Owner at The Manor Guest House, responded to this review

I find it difficult to understand your review as room 7 is on the top floor of the house and is a room than is hardly ever use as it is a twin room. I have records to show that no female guest has stayed in this room this year so far. Not sure where you are getting your information...

We had the pleasure of staying at The Manor Guest House in Larne. It is a classic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast was unbelievable, make sure you save room for the hot breakfast! We found a great little bakery, The Upper Crust, delicious and very reasonable. There are a few great little charity shops to browse...
