You have a choise for stay in a Hotel room or an apartment. Big hotel with a lot of facilities. The most important one is the Safari company which is in the Hotel as wel. Food is okay nothing special. Close to the slopes.

the room and breakfast were average. the surroundings are beautiful. we hiked in the hotel area in the summer evening (arrived late and left next day) and that was beautiful. would have liked to stay another day or two.

We booked our stay in Lapland and the Hotel Riekonlinna through Santa's Lapland, and can't recommend them highly enough, we had the most wonderful time. From the first moment of stepping onto the plane, the magic began. Santa's Lapland charter a plane for the trip, in our case it was an Easy Jet plane and crew, who were all festively...

Stayed one night on a business trip. The hotel is nice, good service, clean room and a good location. Breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing bad to say and can recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travellers alike.

Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel. We stayed in an apartment just at the rear of the hotel. The apartment had everything you could wish for, sauna, drying cabinet, Dishwasher in the kitchen and very spacious.

We stayed in an apartment which was very well-equipped with small kitchen and a big dryer for wet clothes. It had it's own sauna too. Breakfast was very good. Great location close to cross-country ski runs, woods, bus stop. Restaurants/supermarket etc in walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

I unfortunately was naive enough to save money almost for a year to book santas trip with you.  When we arrived it was said there will be elves meeting you, but there were two elves so by time we went to pick our bags they were gone as we were one of last ones out of plain. Obviously we were...

we stayed here on a trip organised with 'santas lapland'. the checkin was a real joke...not sure whos fault this is...but it was ridiculous. they wouldnt give out room keys until the welcome meeting had bored everybody to sleep. the rooms are tired and dated...and the buffet was atrocious. the dishes on the buffet had nothing to match...risotto...gulasch...fish steaks...frozen pizza...it...

Hotel is located "outskirts" of the Saariselkä village, towards to skiing slopes. To understand the size of the village, you walk from the hotel to the supermarket at the other end, maybe 15 minutes and back 10 minutes. Yes, you walk slightly uphill other direction. Upon our arrival to the hotel, reception lady greeted us tiredly and with uninterested attitude....
