The experience of staying in a warm igloo that was very comfortable, looking for an aurora was unique. Good choices for breakfast, but we did not have any other meals as we had hired a car and moved about freely. Visitors need to be aware that the Northern Lights, at times, are not always visible even when rated as a...

Most of the time we heard about the igloo house and wanted to experience it. However the price for 1 night is quite expensive. The package including of half board (breakfast and dinner), plus the stay itself. Depending on the accommodation that you wanted the prices and so called chalets layout are different. We tried the traditional Finnish house which...

We stayed here for 3 nights our 25th anniversary and whilst most of the experience was excellent there were a couple of things that meant if we return to Finland/Lapland we probably wouldn't choose this resort to stay again. We booked directly with the resort and included airport transfers and some activities. The transfers were handled efficiently and after dropping...

Visited in January in the hope of seeing the northern lights, and we did! The log cabins were wonderful with proper log fire, you can collect more wood for free from the store close by. The private sauna was wonderful. The stay was very relaxing. Wi-fi only in reception and no tv which we thought was great. The food was...

We stayed in a Kelo, which was just wonderful: clean, warm, spacious, 'wooden' :-), with its very own sauna. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was great. We would love to come back when it is snowing and the new observation tower shape building is open. Would highly recommend (and I am fussy) and look forward to coming...

We stayed one night in glass igloo and two nights in cottage and it was a perfect choice. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional but especially Spanish receptionist (sorry, can't remember the name). The resort is definitely worth visiting. Watching the lights while in bed in igloo is really a once in a life time experience.

There's wifi only in the main lobby. Our tour leader told us past tour groups got Some cheap igloos which, to their shock, do not have shower and toilets We stayed at a chalet with an igloo in it that had shower and bath tub. Do your research. This place is pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Utterly disappointed with 'NO' service. We were told to leave our luggages at e luggage room n take only what we need. Why is there no bellhop after paying Eur386/night??? Wouldn't recommend for honeymooners!!

We stayed in the Kelo-glass igloos shortly after they opened them. Super cool experience worth having overall. However they lack the details to push this into the "luxury" market like they should be. The bathroom was the biggest lack of detail, kinda felt like the finished it in a rush. Needs to have a towel warmer rack, nicer and sturdier...

We stayed in all accommodation types, snow igloo, glass igloo and log cabin in both the East and West village. East side is the original site and has a smaller and more rustic feel (which we preferred). West side is very commercial and is more catered for large groups, and we've seen plenty of coachload of people arriving. Food service...
