It is very convenient for walking the city around. The food is excellent. The staff are nice and sympathetic. Clean. Bright. I found no problem. Everything is near to go and get. The travelers staying in this hotel are neat and well-mannered. As a whole it is a nice atmosphere in the hotel lounge and the rooms.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was immaculate and the bed most comfortable. We were able to order dinner quite late, and the breakfast buffet was the best we experienced in all of Israel and Palestine.

This is a clean, well-managed, moderately-priced hotel in the centre of Nablus. Within walking distance of high street shops and the old market where you can buy almost anything. Excellent food in the restaurant (watch out for the giant pizza) which also serves a full breakfast. Rooms are clean and good sized. Reception staff are very helpful.

We arrived late and were given food service and happy attention by the staff along with a Fanta as a welcome drink. For 75usd we had bed and breakfast for two. The room was basic but fine overlooking the souk, the location really is unbeatable for Nablus. The bathroom and bedroom needed a good clean, lots of hairs, which seems... More

Great welcome , comfortable rooms , middle of downtown . Authentic place , in the edge of the largest old city on the Mediterranean . A guest can shop for clothing and eat Nablus famous desert "kunafeh" . A walk away from Turkish bath . Reasonable prices

Positives: Lovely staff who are helpful, polite and considerate. The food was good and the breakfast outstanding. The hotel is in a good central location next to the old city. Negatives: We went during a cold snap and the bedroom and dining room were cold++ and dark. We needed 2 duvets and many blankets at night. The shower room was even... More

We were here for just one night -- would love to stay longer next time. Our room was very comfortable -- not huge but big enough, excellent beds, refrigerator. The bathroom had some issues with water pressure, the plumbing was a little tricky and sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush at all when we first tried it, although it would work... More

I arrived in Nablus in the middle of a rainstorm, and checking in to Al Yasmeen was a relief! My room was warm, clean and comfortable and the restaurant associated with the hotel was quite delicious. There was a large breakfast spread each morning, and one night I joined a local man for dinner to enjoy the off-menu stuffed zucchini... More

Second time at the Al Yasmeen, once again the staff displayed a genuine interest in your welfare. Room was excellent sheets changed and cleaned each day. Breakfast was self service with Arab menu, everything was home made and fresh, I would recommend the Al Yasmeen for any traveller in Palestine.

Running a hotel in the West Bank is not easy. Given these challenges Al Yasmeen is an excellent choice for travellers. The location is in the old city right beside/ajoining the incredible Nablus Souk. The staff are incredibly friendly and to my great joy international football was available in the cafe. I enjoyed my stay.
