Lovely Easter break, Trudy and Dave excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble, home made shortbread and brownies on arrival. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Great town and beaches just a drive away to explore. Would recommend to couples and families. Can't wait for the next visit...

Stayed at Watermead whilst attending a wedding. We had a lovely, well decorated spacious room on the 1st floor. Trudy and Dave are excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely and we met Chester the family dog who is gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.

We had the spacious family room upstairs the garage and it was perfect. Since it is a bit remote (no direct neighbors), hoppy kids are no problem and the room has everything you need. Breakfast was also perfect and the owners are a real treasure!

We were visiting family and needed a nice place to stay the night over bank holiday. Not only was the price excellent and the bed comfortable, but the room was great and the hospitality great. Highly recommend staying here if visiting south Somerset anytime soon. Thank you

We where recommended this guesthouse to stay in Chard for a couple of days, the owners are so welcoming, the rooms amazingly spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast were delicious and plentiful . This is the first guesthouse or hotel where snuggling down in bed was like being at home. All in all wonderful.

Loveky secluded setting right near town centre. Plenty of parking Spotlessly clean throughout and the friendlies of welcomes and goodbyes. The breakfast is to die for. I have stayed twice and will be back. Highly recommend.
