Third time to Punta Allen to fish for bonefish tarpon snook and permit. As always Greg and Lupita were the perfect hostess. The food was outstanding the guides, the best. The verity and fishing options make this a can't miss for either the first timer or experienced fly fisherman. Already planning to return next year.

I have been using guides and lodges for the past 25+ years fly fishing from Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Florida, Alaska, Michigan, Montana, etc. and have a lot of experiences during that time; some great some not so. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Club Grand Slam, it was one of my best fly fishing experiences ever....

I fished with Miguel and my friend Eric with Jesus. I was really impressed with their knowledge and their work ethic. I bet we walked 10-15 miles each of the first two days hunting fish. The third day Jesus poled that boat around, in the wind, all day. It was really helpful having two sets of experienced eyes scanning that...

My wife and I did our fourth year at Club Grand Slam and even though the fishing was tough (weather has everything to do with that), the guides put us on fish and Greg and Lupita did a bang up job. This is our home in Mexico!!

I've been fishing for 30 years(15 on the fly) and have always wanted to make it down to ascension bay in hopes of a grand slam...more about that later though ;) The majority of my travel is based on fly fishing destinations, with that being said I put a lot of time planning my trips. I prefer to handle the...

Wow. What an incredible place, and what an incredible experience! Club Grand Slam is absolutely everything a fishing lodge should be! Nestled in the sleepy little village of Punta Allen, this wonderful spot has all the things you are hoping to find in a tropical fishing lodge without any of the things you don't want to pay for. The experience...

I just came back from a four day flyfishing trip at Club Grand Slam. The fishing was terrific, with plenty of opportunities to catch permit, small tarpon (15 pounds), big snook and all sorts of bonefish. The boats are typical pangas, and each boat comes with two experienced, non-judgmental, English speaking guides who are adept at poling, finding fish and...

For what I was looking for, this is as good as it gets. I was in heaven! I have been fly fishing for 25 years and it was one of the best trips I have ever been on. The accommodations were great, a 20 second walk to the boats in the morning, clean rooms, a/c, power, not fancy just comfortable....

I recently returned from my second saltwater fishing trip with Club Grand Slam. Greg and Lupita run a great operation. It's a fisherman's place. The accommodations are new and clean and of course Lupita's cooking is top notch. But the real deal is Ascension Bay and the fantastic fishing. Our guides worked hard to get us on fish. Highly recommend...

I just returned from Club Grand Slam and could not have asked for a better all around experience..Greg had told me that it was "Off season" but that was the only part that was off.The fishing and accommodations were both off the chart. Lupitas cooking is second to none and if you leave the table hungry it will be no...
