We attended the Villa D'Arte for my daughter's wedding and were all very impressed. The Tuscan location is outstanding with spacious rooms and outdoor pool, the fantastic staff worked tirelessly and the food provided was traditional and delicious. Would highly recommend for a wedding venue or a base to explore Tuscany.

The rooms in this place are interesting and cozy, the scenery is absolutely lovely, but the restaurant is a joke! The food we ordered for dinner ( fried chicken and rabbit, 18 €) was horrible! I do not recommend having dinner at this place. We complained and after having a long discusdion finally got a discount from the restaurant bill. The service staff didn’t handle the situation in a professional manner.

Fairytale location, very beautiful structure with a splendid garden with a fantastic tree house, beautiful swimming pool which unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to use Some rooms are uncomfortable and noisy The food was bad, we ate a not exceptional cut in the first courses and in the side dishes it was too spicy and we hadn't been warned the desserts weren't good they looked old.

My family and I went last weekend for the Easter long weekend. Being a large group of 13 people (11 adults and two children) we booked 2 double rooms, 2 superior and a junior suite. The structure is very beautiful, but not well looked after and managed by inexperienced and rude staff. Upon arrival, zero welcome, no one helped us with our luggage, at the reception a somewhat confusing girl distributed the rooms to us haphazardly: - We were assigned a junior suite, which was immediately abandoned due to the bad smell of sewage (toilet), we were therefore diverted to another room (defined as superior) equipped with a sink for dishes and an attached drainer. (this too however revealed problems with the toilet flush on the last day) -the double room assigned to my uncle however had a problem with the roof, during the night it rained in the room. Furthermore, the structure did not have a correct ventilation system, the smell of cooking pervaded all the rooms, at the end of the stay we were soaked in "roasted goat" Furthermore, the structure did not have any space to converse at 10.30pm the reception closed, they asked for the lounges therefore after 10.30pm we had to go to bed and as in the best rest homes we were also reprimanded by the staff for not having done so within the time allowed. expected them :-) ) Another sore point in the restaurant: - at the Easter lunch a glass had a cobweb, -they made us pay the corkage fee on bottles of wine that we had bought in the village (the corkage fee was higher than the cost of the bottles), -also please never order apples, one apple cost us 6 euros :-) I strongly advise against this structure, which has a TERRIBLE quality/price ratio.

BAD! With 2 children aged 5 and 8, abandoned to the total indifference of the manager and reception. No shuttle service, no taxi, no public transport to reach the property. To cover the last kilometer on foot, 25 minutes of bumpy, steep and completely dark "road". I can't imagine how you can reach or leave your facility safely during storms or heavy rain, whether by car or other means. Be more honest in saying that without an off-road vehicle you cannot reach the hotel. But what kind of hospitality, attention and care of the guest is so praised on the site?
Good rooms, breakfast too. Care of outdoor spaces, let's forget about it.

We’ve stayed in Villa D’Arte Agri for only one night but we loved our stay. Especially I suggest you to have an aperitif in the tree house, looking at the sunset! The restaurant is very easy and traditional but our dinner was very tasty. In general the atmosphere is a fairly tale: dreamily nature, beautiful landscape and the best breakfast ever! I’m sure that we’ll come back!

Beautiful location to spend a weekend with friends. Fair prices. Kind and attentive staff, underlining the professionalism of Deborah and chef Luigi, who delighted us in one dinner with amazing dishes. Definitely worth trying. Very suitable for any clientele. We will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the warm weather and the park.

With a group of friends, we discovered, by chance, a pleasant structure, with an authentic flavour, immersed in a very suggestive panorama. The courteous and helpful staff accompanied us during lunch, which was excellent and plentiful. There is room for improvement... but not everyone has what it takes to afford it.. we'll be back..

Beautifully situated in the hills with outstanding views. We were their for our son’s wedding over 3 days. The rooms are all decorated differently and have beautiful views. A very unique villa with lots of character and charm. Staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely swimming pool area with bar. Breakfast was delicious plenty to chose from. Definitely worth a stay.
