Leonardo and Maura are wonderful hosts.
The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Plenty of toast!
The room is comfortable. My mother and I stayed in the ethnic which had a single and a double bed, with a bathroom across the hallway with lovely towels and hot water.
This is a great place to stay if you are traveling around this area or have plans in Sieci or Pontassieve. It is also only 20 minutes by train to Firenze SMN station.

Nice place to stay even though not very easily locatable. Rooms are clean and staff very helpful and friendly, It is actually a mansion converted into rooms for families to stay. breakfast was minimal and expected for a small place

We stayed two nights at this delightful B&B. It is perfectly located close to the train station for a quick trip into Florence. Yet you don't hear the trains. And it is also a perfect base for exploring Chianti region as we did on our third day. Our room was furnished with a seaside theme and comfortable. Breakfasts (continental) were served on a balcony and the croissants were delicious. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here after a couple of long days travelling through Tuscany and left refreshed.
A little difficult for us to find because we were driving and weren't familiar with the town. When the door opened we were greeted with such friendliness and warmth though that it didn't matter.
Rooms are basic with separate bathrooms. We didn't have to share. Place was quiet, well situated for getting groceries, and there are restaurants nearby.
Parking can be found, though it is free overnight and paid after 8a. There is a parking area a block away that is free 24hrs though.

Such a lovely place to stay, the owner was most helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was super and the room (Ethnic Room) very comfortable. Pontassieve is a lovely place to visit with the River Arno an attraction also.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Florence. A short 20 minute train ride and beautiful setting in the small town of Pontassieve. Our room was clean, bright, and well laid out. Both Maura and Leonardo are lovely, helpful, and they bent over backwards to make our stay memorable. The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy a bottle of wine. We would definitely go back and stay here again. Of note, was the extraordinary help we received from Maura and Leonardo when faced with a train strike the day we were leaving for Venice. They bent over backwards again to ensure that we were able to get a bus back to Florence to catch our train to Venice!

Stayed 5 nights at this lovely B&B. The B&B is located 20 minutes from Florence. The B&B is located on a street very quiet. The area is very safe. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bathroom was very modern and sparkling clean. The beds were quite comfortable too. Leonardo is friendly and helpful. Overall a very good value and highly recommended to anyone!
