It was definitely the best way to start the New Year, we were greeted from the first moment by the kindness and helpfulness of the two owners Edoardo and Klodiana who lovingly manage and take care of the smallest details of both the restaurant and the farm. The dinner was perfect, we relied on the experience of the Chef and we did not go wrong.... we ate a superb horse steak, an exceptional tagliatella with meat sauce..... all the result of an innovative research work on the maturation and aging of meats. We recommend the tasting of cold cuts , a mix of truly unique flavors explained with passion by the chef who arrives at the table with a super cart where you can cut each individual salami live. Worth a visit, the project is really interesting and the place is totally surrounded by nature, we will be back soon to find them for the fantastic breakfast served by the very kind Klodiana!

Dinner was at 7:30 pm we chose a tasting menu started at 8:10 pm and at 8:30 pm my son still had nothing to eat we asked for him a grilled meat arrived practically scalded “with vegetables” that never arrived... the chef who arrives at the table explains things to you and in the middle comes out saying there are more dogs than people...
